I need some eye makeup tips!?

Theres a zoom button on the picture, so click it, you'll see my eyes better(:I need some eye makeup tips!?
Aww you're pretty!

You don't need to put eyeliner on top of the lid, but you can try it if you like. I do it sometimes. Just on top rim looks more natural. For eyeshadow.. Light pink, beige for natural.. If you want bold, wear purple or something. I have the same coloured eyes and I find we can wear almost everything! For mascara.. buy a better quality one, eyelash curler and eyelash comb. I like CoverGirl Lash Blast Mascara. The brush is really good and I never find it clumping up on me! Good luck dearie! Just experiment and you'll find what works best for you. :)I need some eye makeup tips!?
you can put eyeliner on the top, but make sure its really thin and close to the lash line. for thicker eyeliner on top like Lily Allen, will take more practice to do.

If your mascara clumps all the time, either your putting on too much or its not a good brand of mascara. make sure you have nothing on your lashes already when you put it on

if you wear eyeshadow, don't just wear one color.

the trick is to use 2 colors or more, and blend them all together,

so golds/browns would look good with your eye color.

put gold(always the lighter color) on your eyelid, then put the brown(the darker) above it in the crease. blend it all in so the two colors look like they are fading into each other. you need a good makeup brush to do this, if you use the little applicaters that come with most eyeshadows it wont work

if you ever see eyeshadows that are white or a really light color, thats to highlight

use that under your eyebrows on the brow bone to highlight, you don't need a lot of it
If you wear eye shadow do a natural color so that it doesn't look like you're wearing makeup (or it's not the first thing people think when they see you), and try getting an eye lash comb, after your mascara dries comb it, or try curling your eye lashes before applying the mascara, hope this helped!
my eyes are pretty much the same color, and I find that I can wear almost any color eyeshadow, but im pretty pale and have darker hair. Mostly go for like a purplish color, or brown. They both look good.

as for mascara, i find that i need to use 2 kinds before there are no clumps. I use that lash stiletto one to make them longer but it clumps so i use a maybelline one in a green bottle with a curved brush to get out the clumps.
I think you could wear a baby blue or light blue eyeshadow or a light green eye shadow. I think any type of earth tone color would look great on you.

As for mascara it would look good if you went over your eye lashes with black. Then go over just the tips of your eye lashes with white mascara.

I hope i helped and good luck!
Well you probably need a different mascara and an eyelash comb. When you apply it, wiggle it at the root of the lash and sweep up. If you put too many layers on your mascara may clump too.

As for the eyeliner, if you have sparse lashes then it may be a good idea to line your top lid but you should just experiment with it. Try using some shadow as a liner or a lightly smudged look. As for lining your waterline, it shouldn't be lined all the way through because most people's eye shapes don't look good with it like that. Try stopping mid way through the eye.

Wearing eyeshadow is entirely up to you. Since you look medium/fair skinned try not to use too many dark colors. Your eyes would look best in pinks, purples, browns, and greys. Try to stay away from colors that match your eyes because you want them to stand out.

Edit: Two of my favorite mascaras are Imju Fiberwig Mascara and Lancome Definicils Mascara, however they are a bit pricey. Fiberwig is especially good because it provides length without clumping and washes off easily with warm water. It doesn't smudge either, so no panda eyes.
