I think mary kay is available in india. those are made in USA and I know for a fact that their eye liner lasts better than any other. is you use their eye primer before applying eye shadow and liner, you will only have to use those once a day because primer makes it last even better :)

White eyliner for small eyes to make bigger.
Black eyeliner for big or medium eyes to make smaller and more scene emo.
Purple eyeshadow goes great with brown eyes!

Hi,
A great way to bring out your eyes is a nice eyeshadow. Somehting that will go well with your everyday life nothing too dark or crazy during the day time especially if you're a beginner. Soft eyeshadow colors like pink, tan etc..even somehting that shimmers. a bit of eyeliner rimming your eye would be nice. Make sure your rim ins't too thick and smug if you have to for blending. Mascara is a great way to bring attention to your eyes. beware of multiple applications. no more than to apllications should be enough. too much will give you clumps and tarantula eys.. NOT ATTRACTIVE. and wa la! you're done!!
