Wear bright colors, like blues, greens, golds, purples, pinks, etc.

if you where glasses, if you want to ware mascara wait till it dries to put youre glases back on. a pretty champane color(pinky-red with sparkles) or light brown or a light pink works really well as eye shadows, and eye liner looks really great with dark frames if you dont over do it.if you put it rite under youre bottom eyelashes thinley, it makes you look like you have really dark eyelashes with out making them messy(putting Mascara on bottom lashes doesnt always look so great) hope this helped.

i wear black framed glasses as well.
i just use a brown eye shadow, black eyeliner NOT on the water line, just because it doesnt look good on me, so i do it under, but if it looks better on you thats fine, and i use maybelline stilletto mascara.
i wear really dark plastic frames sometimes and when i do i wear a shimmery champage or light brown shadow and a do an almost cat-eye eyeliner with mac fluidline.
