try a cream eyeshadow.
its works great.
and maybe some purple eyeshadow
shadows with a pale blue undertine brings out brown eyes very well. There are also pre determined palletes you can buy that are made for your eye color. I think maybelline makes it.
I read somewhere that eye makeup isnt very appealing..but all I can give you is that If you put dark black eye liner on the tops and bottoms of your lids then it will make your eyes pop and you will look beautiful!

Change the color of the eyeliner and wear liquid or gel eyeliner on the top of ur eyes. Try fake lashes and new looks with eyeshadows =]
- Eyes
= Use a different coloured eyeliner (e.g. blue) i think green or blue suites brown eyes the best
= Mascara can be black but use an eyelash curler before using mascara to make your eyelashes STAND OUT (get from pharmacy or any cheap shop)
- Lips
= Clear lipgloss
= Baby pink lipgloss or lip balm to make it look natural
- Foundation
= Brown foundation to make your face tanner
= Bronzer to make it shiny at night
= Blusher to make a rosy pink cheek !

lol i was just like you when i started to wear eyeliner because i just could not do it on top it made me blink and i would poke myself lol try eyeliner on top and bottom but make it look natural with thin lines and put on a bright eyeshadow color like violet if you have dark hair and use mascara or look up smokey eye on youtube its i nice casual and evening look
