Eye makeup tips?...?

I have grey, small, bit asian eyes and dark brown hair. I'm 26 and really don't know what makeup would look good on me? Every time I try something more than mascara or eyeliner it looks pathetic:) do you have any tips on colors, shadows etc??Eye makeup tips?...?
It all depends on what kind of person you are. Do you like to try funky make up for going out? And more laid back stuff for work? Or are you pretty neutral.

With grey eyes, a nice peachy colour would look nice. Blues and Tawny browns. If you want to spice things up and are heading out for a night on the town, try copper or a gold colour. As for application, you sound like you have almond shaped eyes, so when looking on the net for that, see how you can learn to apply for your eye shape. Best of Luck!Eye makeup tips?...?
You should definently look on you tube, they show you exactly how to apply it and what colors to use.

wow grey eyes for an asian..you are lucky:) i think you might be applying your eyeshadows wrong. if you're an asian who has chinky eyes(no crease on the eyelid),i'd suggest you use only one color of eyeshadow instead of two or three, making the eyelids nearest to the lashes the darkest while blending it into a lighter shade as you go up just before the brow bone.but if you happen to have crease on the eyelids..you could use a darker color on the crease and a lighter shade or lighter color(that matches with crease color) on the base of the eyelid.this will give dimension to your eyes.then go with your favorite eyeliner(i prefer black/dark brown) and mascara with your curled lashes.these two are a must for asian eyes.

as for the color..id like to see blues, yellows, and smokey on grey eyes. and ive read that lighter shades can bring out the eyes too.

experience still is the best teacher.so go ahead and experiment!good luck!hope i helped.:)

less is more.

try using shades similar to your skin to get used to wearing eyeshaddow, and then gradually get darker/brighter.

if you want to be a bit more experimental, different coloured eyeliners and mascaras are often better then eyeshadow. they look less tacky and more chic!
