Eyeshadow : A bright color to show your making a scene. Add shimmer to give your eyes a pop and sexy ';here i am'; look. Examples :Light blue , yellow , purple , hot pink





Mascara : XXL volume length from walmart. Make sure to have a lash curler. You may even want to try fake eyelashes





Eyeliner : white to add the POP!








Blush: natural light brown almost nude








Lipgloss: Juicy pink or clear! Nothing way to over the top. Just enough to have them looking

I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for, but I know a really cool trick that you can try. If you go out and buy an inexpensive white shadow (it can be matte or sparkly, but not TOO sparkly; I prefer matte.) Next, you wet the end of your shadow brush and dip it in the shadow. Carefully apply a VERY small amount of shadow just above your tear duct (the little red thing in the corner of your eye). You really just want to apply a small amount. You can then go ahead and do a smoky eye or whatever you wanted to do. If it's done right, it shouldn't look tacky. It should open up your eyes and make them look brighter. I use this for like a going out look with a smoky eye, but you could use it for a daytime look if you used a more natural shadow. Good luck!! Hope I could help.
