Browns and blues go best with blue eyes.

I would say that your best bet would be to use a dark brown liner on your lower and upper lash lines for a smoky effect. Smudge the liner on your lower lid with a q-tip or the smudging tool on the end of many eyeliner pencils. You can use a navy shadow on your upper lid or a lighter blue shadow (cobalt is fun) with navy in the crease. Be sure to BLEND so that there are no definite lines. Also, wet the tip of a q-tip, eyeliner brush or shadow applicator and smudge a little bit of the darker blue shadow on your lower lash line, over the brown. This is a great, sexy look. Don't forget two coats of mascara; start with your outer lashes first to spread the mascara out more evenly and prevent clumping.

Good luck!Eye makeup tips for blue eyes?
My eyes are blue too, this is what I do to get that sexy look.

Line your top lid above the lash line in a soft black or charcoal, starting in the inner corner and working your way out. As you go out make the line a little thicker. Very gently line your bottom lid, just below the lash line, make the line fairly thin. Now take a q-tip and gently smudge the lines you made, always from the inner corner out. You want the line to look kind of hazy. This make take a few tries to get the look you want!

Next, take a dark gray shadow and the other end of the q-tip and fill in the section of your eyes above the liner but below the crease. Next take a pale gray, or pale gray blue shadow and gently sweep it across the remaining portion of your lid, try not to get it in the area directly below your brow arch. In the arch below the brow apply some pale gold, or pale silver shadow. Put a little below the smudged line on your bottom lid and apply a tiny bit to the inner corners of your eyes.

Done!!

You can try it with browns too, or if you're daring try it with blues. :)

Good luck my blue eyed friend!
Don't do too much, it'll give you the wrong impression to the guy you like! Just do something natural. Remember, you don't want to change anything. You just want to ';enhance';. Try adding some blackish brown mascara , an eyelash curler , or if you're really daring you can try some green eyeliner/eyeshadow. Add some lip gloss and you are ready to go! Good luck ;D
to make ur blue eyes pop go w/ a gold eyeshadow. and put some bronze in the crease. then get a light shimmer and put it lightly in the inner corners of ur eyes and under the brow bone.

finish with some eyeliner (pencil, smudged) and 2 coats of black mascara on curled lashes.
