Eye makeup and application tips?

What's the best colors and ways to make eyes dark and mysterious. My eyes are a hazel brown in color. I'd love some tips on what colors to use and how to apply the smoky dark look for Valentines Day. The shirt I'll be wearing is purple and black.

Thanks in advance. =)Eye makeup and application tips?
Dark browns, deep plum, and maybe even charcoal. I have brown eyes too!(:Eye makeup and application tips?
wear a lot of black or dark grey eyeliner on the UPPER lash line. You dont want to put too much on the bottom or you will look like a hooker. You might want to try a dark grey eyeshadow, and blend it really well. My favorite dark grey is from sephora, you can get it here; http://sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?鈥?/a>

the dark grey color is the best!

if you want to define some more, you might want to line your upper lash line with this as well.
I went on Youtube for you, and found you this look tutorial, and I think you would really like it. =]

I really like to use a dark grey and black eyeshadow on my lid and crease to creat a smokey and mysterious look. All you neede to do is apply a dark grey shadow on your lid and smoke out the black in your crease. Add a pink shimmery lipstick or lipgloss on your lips.
I agree with everyone on the match your clothes idea. Make sure to apply Urban Decay Primer Potion or Too Faced Shadow insurance before putting on any eyeshadow on. and Eyeliner!!! oh and to make it smokey put some skin colored powder around the eyeshadow after blending it in your lid crease. It will make it appear as if its fading away giving it a smokey effect.

Small eyes - any makeup tips to help them appear bigger?

I have hazel eyes and they are quite small (kind of a round shape, eek!!!). Any suggestions on make up which could help them appear more almond shaped or just bigger in general.

Thanks xSmall eyes - any makeup tips to help them appear bigger?
Get a white eyeliner pencil and apply a bit on the inner corner of your eyes. This opens them up. Also make sure you curl your eyelashes too because this enhances the effect. If you are wearing eyeshadow then choose a lighter colour for the inner part of your eyelid and blend out into a darker colour.

Hope this helps :)Small eyes - any makeup tips to help them appear bigger?
buy a nice white pencil eyeliner and lightly line your bottem lash line. smudge that a bit so its not so obvious that ur wearing white liner XD

then, using a highlighter, high light your brow bone.

(when i say highlighter i mean a light eye shadow not an actual marker lmao)

you can put liquid eyeliner on your top lid, and a bit of mascara, but dont put any black liner on your bottem lash line because it will make your eyes look closed up

hope that helped =D
Hiya

Get a white eyeliner and apply to the rim of your eye lid at the bottom. It will open up your eyes.

Or try this:

use a lighter shader a kind of shimmer ine above the li and inside to your eye agins the nose, and when applying eyeyshadow put it just over the top of your eye lid so its more visable whe your eyes are open

h x
Use a white or flesh coloured eyeliner on your waterline: makes them appear brighter and bigger and more awake, and dont line your eyes all the way to the inside corners. Stop where your lashes naturally stop.
this look really makes my eyes look SO much bigger!

(i do the look all the same as she does but i dont use fake lashes, just mascara-so its more of an everyday look!)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_nJXK5EJE鈥?/a>
Use a highlighter right under your eyebrow and in your tear duct (opens eye). then use a eyelash curler. don't put eyeliner close to your bottom lashes, this makes small eyes look smaller. go more natural than wild to enhance your features.
use eyeliner to outline the upper and lower lids, but only line then half way( the half nearest your ears) this will draw the eye to the edges of your eyes making them appear larger.
you could use a liquid eyeliner, and put some white or shimmer eyeshadow in the inner corner of your eye. You could use a good mascara too.

Black eyeliner.
Use an eyeliner pencil.
Use A Pale Eyeshadow Then Black Eyeline Ontop.
do NOT use a highlighter zomg do you know dangerous it would be to put in your eye?!

eyeliner does the trick
use black eyeliner on the corners of the top and bottem lids. ;)

GIRLS: does anyone have any good tips for applying eye makeup?

hey girls

just wondering if any of you have any good tips for applying eye makeup! thanks in advance

XoX GIRLS: does anyone have any good tips for applying eye makeup?
There are some good videos at this site... they show you some basic every-day eye makeup application techniques. (and below it is a series of tips in short video format) (i say every day since a professional makeup artist wouldn't use direct contact from finger to skin like is shown in the video, etc)

http://www.expertvillage.com/video/502_h鈥?/a>

Since I didn't have any sisters growing up, I learned from watching friends and getting free makeovers at the mall at the makeup counters! So, if the videos don't help, you may wanna try that too!!

Good luck!

GIRLS: does anyone have any good tips for applying eye makeup?
Well when working with eyes you need to be careful. Too much will make you look trashy and dollish. Depending on what color eyes and what shape eyes you have, there are many different techniques. Here's one of my favorite natural looks works for any eye and skin type.

Get a vasaline or some kind of primer, lotion, or cream and put it onto the lid of your eyes. Next take a brown (fair skin), black (brown skin), or plum (medium skin), and dab it onto the very linings of your lid. Just make little tiny dots that are barely noticeable. Then take a slanted brush and lightly blend it in towards your lashes. (Too much eyeliner or overapplying mascara will make you look like a raccoon so be careful of what others tell you.) Apply some lipgloss, chapstick, etc. Add a little blush and you're good to go.

If you want a smoky eye, dramatic effect, casual look, party eye, or a formal occasion look, just let me know and I'll be glad to help.
I use an eyeshadow which is meant to bring out the colour in my eyes. It has three different shades which you put on in different places.

Then I use eyeliner. Only put a little on because you don't want to look too much like someone from My Chemical Romance. Put it in the corners of your eye, top and bottom, as close to your lashes as possible. Then swipe on some mascara on both top and bottom lashes. Then curl your top lashes.

Now, when you look up through your lashes you will look gorgeous. Promise.
yes! i have alot!! first, if you want your colors to look very pigmented,i would recommend using a cream shadow for a base color.apply this from your lid to brow.(nudes and pinks work best) then i would pick a highlighting shade.(light colors are best, lilac, baby pink, nude browns, peach, ect.)after you apply this to your lid, pick a darker shade for your brow bone.( i love to use blues, greys, purples, bronzey browns,greens..anything colorful) ....after that pick the same highlighting color to highlight brow bone. apply black, coffee, plum, navy, green,or teal liner, then follow with masacra!!
i have a eyeliner trick that none of my friends never heard of or thought of prior to me showin them. It really makes your eyes stand out.

line the insides of your eye lids, lift your eye lashes up and apply along the line. At the roots of your eye lashes. I like this better than on top of my lid cause then it doesn't smudge. but you want a good eye liner that doesnt come off easily. good luck!
start with eye liner. then apply dark eye shadow around the end and use lighter shades as you work your way in. then, if necesarry, apply one coat of mascara. don't go too heavy or you will look weird. make it light(ish) and more natural
when you are putting on eyeliner on the top lid, make it thicker at the end and make a little wing. then apply mascara (:

http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;鈥?/a>
what i do is i start with eyeshadow and then apply eyeliner cohs if i do vice versa, the eyeliner smudges. finish off with mascara about 2 coats or so!
ALWAYS APPLY EYELINER AND MASCARA WHEN YOU FINISH!

IT REALLY SETS THE LOOK.

What eye shape I have? & What makeup tips work best?

Small, Big, Wide set, Deep set Or what ever else I've left out. =PWhat eye shape I have? %26amp; What makeup tips work best?
You have almond shaped eyes. You can use eyeliner to emphasize their shape, and I like a lighter shade of eyeshadow on the lid with a darker color smudged along the lash line and in the crease. What eye shape I have? %26amp; What makeup tips work best?
Deep, wide set.

I would do a black liner on the top lid, with several coats of mascara on top and bottom lashes and dust a white/light sheer powder underneath to bring out your eyes.

(mascara last)
you have big wide set eyes. they are gorgeous!!! definitely some black liner on the top lid, dust a tiny bit of white shadow in the corner to really make them pop! and a very thing line on the bottom lid. for eyeshadow, use a shimmer green color, and highlight the browbone with a light white. hope i helped! =]

  • I have brown hair and blue eyes, what makeup tips will bring out my blue eyes?

I really want my blue eyes to stnad out because lots of my friends tell me my eyes look really cool with my brown hair, but what makeup ideas will make my eyes pop !?I have brown hair and blue eyes, what makeup tips will bring out my blue eyes?
we have the same coloring!! yee. lol

well i use brown eyeliner only on the bottom of my eyelids..that makes them POPPP!!!

eyeshadow is optional..i either use suppaaa shimmery blue..its from urban decay and its called kiddie pool..that looks like something a teenager would wear though so depending if you wanna look professional or not..

you can use the almay color pallet for blue eyes..

what i do with that is i get brown and put it on like im doing smokey eye (kinda like your putting on eyeliner on the top lid..kinda dusting it on there) then with the middle shade which is like dark blue i just put it right on the crease..

also tan skin looks heckkaa sikk so you could put on some bronzer but i use bare minerals warmth. like a charm [:

good luck or should i say good LOOK.I have brown hair and blue eyes, what makeup tips will bring out my blue eyes?
try this web site its cool %26amp; fun to see what you will look like

    http://www.makeoversolutions.com/account鈥?/a>
Well, contrasting colors are there for a reason. To make the other color stand out. Your brown hair probably already does this, which is why your friends think it looks really cool. Try a dark brown eyeliner with a brown smokey eye. Curl your lashes and put a coat of dark brown mascara on. It'll look natural and make your brown eyes pop even more.
brown eye make up brings out the blue. think of opposite colors. like orange shades make the blue really pop. i have blue eyes and blonde hair. MAC make up has really good orange/brown eye shadow. and then like brown/dark brown eyeliner and dark brown mascara. also like light peach colors work too

the brown/orange shade are kinda near the bottom/middle:

    http://www.maccosmetics.com/templates/pr鈥?/a>
Browns make blues pop, and blues make browns pop. For example if you are doing ';complicated'; eyeshadow with the dark crease color and everything instead of black for that, if you were going to do that, use a darkish brown. Black makes eyes dull but the brown will make it better!
Blue Eyes: Rich warm browns, warm taupes and soft peaches
always wear earth tones. browns will set your eyes out from your face.
i think dark shades like smokey hues will isolate your blue eyes and make tham pop!
I always like to use a gold eyeshadow to line the bottom rims of my eyes. It makes your eyes stand out, and it's unique so you'll get lots of compiments.

Also wear mascara and curl them. Mascara completes any look!
tanned face, like a bronzer. work for me.

Always end up looking like a panda any tips on keeping my eye makeup in place?

    My sister had this problem too with her eyeliner. I had her try my Mary Kay eyeliner. Now it's the only kind she uses. You can use other colors besides black too. It comes off easily with the Mary Kay oil-free eye makeup remover. Go to www.marykay.com to find your local consultant. She should have some in her inventory and get it to you same or next day if you need it. If it's the eye shadow you have a problem with, you can try the Mary Kay eye primer. ';Proven to extend the wear of your eye color, MK Signature eye primer helps it glide on smoothly and stay in place without creasing or smudging. Plus, it's waterproof.';

Well if you use pencil liner, you can use a lighter and put it on the tip of your eye liner and wait a few seconds and put in on, and it'll dry so it doesn't go anywhere until you remove it.Always end up looking like a panda any tips on keeping my eye makeup in place?
stop putting on so much. girls who use less makeup are much hotter than female drag queens.
You may need to use a better quality eye pencil. Cheap ones will smudge quite easily. Loreal has a good one. Or you could try a liquid eye liner if you have a steady hand.
try not to cake it on,%26amp; see if that helps!!!
MAC eye shadow. Wet the tip of a Qtip and dip it in the shadow. Draw where you want the makeup to go. It stays in place for me, and hope it helps you.
maybe, you try to use light make up.

I have brown eyes. does anyone know any tips or eye makeup looks using white or silver eyeliner?

there actually a few things you can do. For one you can but it on your bottom of your eye to make you look more awake. another thing you can do is apply it by your eyebrow to make your eye brows seem shape in different ways but make sure to blend it in or you will look funny Good luck and just play around with it until you find something you like.I have brown eyes. does anyone know any tips or eye makeup looks using white or silver eyeliner?

white and silver eye liner looks terrible.. my friend has really dark eyes and she did it once and it did not look good

you should stick with black eye liner.. but try some brighter eye shadow (anything but blue and white) this will help to make your eyes pop out, without you lookin like a hootchie

    Puffy eye circles- Makeup tips?

I have fairly clear skin and I never wear concealer.

Since birth I've had puffy circles under my eyes... literally since birth. It's only seemed to get worse with age. I'm 19 years old, I wear glasses and have since I was about 11. The glasses help to conceal the puffy circles but I'm in college now and I wanna party without my glasses.

Anyone have any tips??Puffy eye circles- Makeup tips?
find a good conceler and a foundation if you go into one of the stores the make up assistant will be able to find something to match you skin tone,Puffy eye circles- Makeup tips?
Well, concealer is going to help mainly with dark circles. In order to relieve some of the puffiness you are going to need to get the puffiness to go down. Some good ways to do this is before you go out, use either an ice pack, caffeinated tea bag or some sort of cool compress. This really helps the puffiness to go down. I would even try this when you wake up in the morning.

You can try a concealer and see if that helps somewhat. But it can't really ';cover up the bags';. They will still be noticeable with concealer on.

Try getting more sleep, drinking more water, and eating healthier. I know its hard to do in college - but healthy food is really the key to anti-aging and better looking skin.

Hope this helps. You can visit my website for a lot more tips, and if you are looking for an eye cream that may help relieve you of your puffiness, check out our online store (there are some great prices on here) http://www.thebesteyecreams.com.

    Good luck!

I have a prosthetic eye, does anyone have makeup tips about how to make it the least noticeable?

Wow, tough one! I have an eye that I lost all vision in, so it deviates to the right a bit.

1] I assume the color and everything matches well.

2] first, shape and darken brows to frame eyes

3] ALWAYS curl and darken lashes

4] you can adapt the eyeliner on your prosthetic eye to make it 'line up' with seeing eye

[ see photos on permanent makeup.com - eyeliner with 'lazy' eye ]

5] avoid neon or garish colored shadows/liners

6] balance your face with blush/bronzer and lip color or gloss.

    7] wear pretty earrings!

Very, very few people notice my eye - even my kids and co-workers ask 'which eye is it again?'

  • Can you help me with some tips or advice or new ideas for eye makeup?

I'm looking for a new look for the holiday season. I like using eyeliner and have just started using liquid eyeliner. I'd like some new ideas if you have any?

ThanksCan you help me with some tips or advice or new ideas for eye makeup?
Try Mac pigments, like their name suggests they have a high proportion of colour and also shimmer. Go over the lid in a waxy eyeliner pen, blend over the lid so that there is the waxy coverage. Dab on the pigment powder over the eyeliner and the colour will be really intense. Blend the edges so that the colour fades. On the bottom lid, put the eyeliner on the inner rim of the eye and then the pigment on to, once again blend and add concealer if needs be to get rid of any stray pigment. Try the teal in Pigment, it looks soooo good. Can you help me with some tips or advice or new ideas for eye makeup?
Apply a silver base color over the lid and apply a matte charcoal grey in the outer crease in a tight chisel. Apply a white matte under the brow blended softly into the lower lid. Apply a thin black liquid liner and wing it out past the outer corner. Ruby blush and your choice of red lipstick or red gloss on lips, Highlight the inner eye corner with silver pigment to create hollywood glamour.
put a darkish brown on your eyelid and darker in the crease. above on the brow bone and then for mascara use a brown or black color whatever you prefer and for eyeliner put it only on the top cuz it is more natural and put some blush on and your ready to go!!

Eye makeup question/tips... 10 points for best answer!?

i have brown eyes with a little bit of green in them. what can i use, such as eyeliner, eyeshadow, mascara, etc etc, to bring out the green? i reely want green eyes and if you have any suggestions that would b great thanks. Eye makeup question/tips... 10 points for best answer!?
You could try the almay eye shadows. They have one thats called Bring out the Greens. It comes with 3 colors that are supposed to enhance the green. Its about $7. Hope this helpedEye makeup question/tips... 10 points for best answer!?
First, trace a thin line on the inner rim of your eyes, but then, thicken it going out towards the end of your eye.

    Then get liquid liner, and do a small line right on your lash line, then flare it out at the end, to create a small cats eye, or ';wing.';

Finish; sweep a gold shadow all accross your lid and up to your brow to highlight your brow bone as well.

Then, sweep a small line underneath your bottum liner, and in the corner of your eyes.
I have green eyes with brown near my pupil I use a cream coloured base on my eye lid and then a light silvery blueish colour of pigment on my lid and then then a dark silvery blueish colour in my crease and half way on my eye lid and then use the creamy colour on the inside of my eye.. then i use eyeliner on my water line and then someone my lid and then a volume mascara and thats it. It may be confusing cuz im not good at explaining stuff but that really brings out the green in my eyes.
    use green eyeliner
    Two words: Colored Contacts.
oranges and browns -- the fall colours will really bring our your eyes.
add some green or blue eye shadow

It's hard to advise according to the description only... I usually do the following: I go to some fashion sites like style.com - there are many of them - and search for models looking almost like me, the same eye color and skin shade. And I try to copy their makeup. Maybe, I'm not very inventive, but the result is always great!
either a light blue or a light greenish color
Hi....i also have hazel eyes with your combo...i would advise you to wear a mix of purple and gold eyeshadow...they will really highlight your eyes.....apply the purple color near your eyelashes and gold towards your eyebrows......apply a good black eyeliner to ur top eyelids and a soft brown to your lower eyelashes.....they will make ur eyes stand out......last but not the least...wrap up with a thick coat of mascara.......it sure will bring out ur eyes.......hope this helped....all the best!!

Use a primer - which makes your eyeshadow stick on a lot better and makes it come on more evenly.

There's a lot of different looks you can use - mix and match and play with the eyeshadows. Also, there are many good make up tutorials on youtube.

If you want eyes to look bigger, apply a little black eyeliner just below the waterline and some white eyeline on the waterline

As long as you keep it thin it shouldn't look goth. You can go with shades of brown. I buy the colorstay that has three or four shades. It has two beige looking colors and two browns. I only use 3 of them. Lightest shade first all over up to the brow. then the second lightest over the lid and about half way up between lid and brow. Then the darkest in the crease and outer eye area. I do a thin black eye liner on top and only half of the bottom from the outside in. And black mascara. I don't look goth at all. My hair is darker than yours but I have blue eyes and the darker colors really make your eyes pop. Good luck!

    Nope.
Try Victoria's Secret Mosaic eye shadow for the smokey eyes-- Try crave. That will go nicely with a light pink lipstick. But I perfer just a little bit of lipgloss
I have similar coloring, and I usually use brown eyeliner and dark brown mascara %26amp; neutral/pinkish eyeshadow. If you like the smokey look you could experiment with darker colors too. One tip though, with light skin, if you use dark eyeliner on the bottom lid, that can tend to come off as emo/goth...try just putting it on the top lid =]
Why don't you go for a natural look with brown eyeshadow and clear lip gloss. Also why dont you look at a few video's online to find out some techniques. Why not try brown eyeliner?
BROWNS! especially for eyeliner. It will make your eyes stand out and not be too dark for your skin tone.

As for the smokey thing, I would try light blues/greys/white instead of dark greys and blacks because you are so light skinned.

As for lips, the lighter, the better. If I were you, i'd go more for clear glosses instead of actual lip stick.

Okay so since you have a generally light complexion, I think you should use medium-dark brown with your eyeshadow, and a dark brown for eyeliner, black eyeliner might look too showy, and like you said, too goth. The key is to highlight your eyes, not scare the world with them. :)

Okay, smoky look, I will assume you mean the whole Avril Lavigne look? You should use a little powder eyeliner with grey eyeshadow, and blend them into each other. Try not to go too thick though. And if you do the smoky look for your eyes, you shouldn't wear a bright red lipstick, it will look really goth. Try a nude pink with this look. Hope this helps!

Try Seventeen Magazine and Allure, they have good advice.

Opposites actually will make your eyes pop more. Try a sage green applied lightly trimmed with a darker olive in the crease and along the lash line. Then apply a thin line of brown liner and smooth it with a brush or q-tip.
use really darkmascara and eye liner .. it really looks nice
get a really smokey eye shadow but not to dark since u have light eyes the darkness will really bring out the color
try a purple eyeshadow in the crease of your eyelid will help your eyes to ';pop'; out. blend it into a bluey green eyeshadow in the outer corner of your eye. blend a light brown or plae shimmer on the inner corner of your eye and always stick to a drak black eyeliner. curling your eyelashes and applying black or dark brown mascara is a great way of getting them to stand out.
black eyeliner on the edges and eyeliner..........no im not goth.
USE A PLUM, IT WILL MAKE THE GREEN IN YOUR EYES POP.
OK let me tell you.....I have the bluest eyes anyone has ever seen and what I do is wear a shimmering light pink. I use it as an eye liner and also wear it just under my eye brow. I also use a navy blue liquid eye liner on the top and a navy pencil liner on the bottom finished off with black mascara. Doing this makes my eyes Pop!!! all over the place. Do Not, I repeat, Do Not use blue shadows!!!!!! It will only make your eyes look dull!!!! I hope it works for you like it has for the other girl on here I helped out!!
Girl, your talkin earth tones! Take a darker brown on your lids and angle it upwards to make an arch. Take a much lighter brown tone and outline the outside edge of the dark brown and gently blend them together. Then, I'd take some liquid eye liner and go on the upper eyelid right along the lash line with a very defined line all the way to the end of your eye. On the lower lash, another much less defined line. Jet black mascara on upper and lowers and top of the entire eye with a sprinkle of super fine fairy dust! Gorgeous with them eyes you have!
I have green eyes. What I do is use a light, light brown on my whole eye lid up to the brow. Then I put a light orange on just the eye lid. Then I use a semi-dark brown eyeliner on just above the lash line one the top lid.

On occasion I use green mascara (found by ';play up the green'; products you can find in wal*mart and such) and use either a bright pink or bright green (max factor has the best!). I usually make it darker at the bottom and lighter on the top. Then use black eyeliner on the bottom lash line.

    Hope this helps!!!!
Try blue mascara! That would look great with you.
well turquoise would work, blue, and green
    neutral colors
Go to a drugstore or target or walmart or whatever and go to their almay section. Look at their colors of eyeshadows for the ';bring out the (color)'; and ';play up the (color)';. For instance, I have blueish greenish eyes but I use their green products, which the eyeshadow has purple and green shades, which pops out the color. I also use their green mascara, and you cant tell its green, but it brings out the color of my eyes. hope this helps!
I use a really light blue and really dark mascara
light browns with a hint of any other colour. pink would also be nice. blue eyeliner looks nice with blue/green eyes and black eyeliner does too. but alot of eyeliner put on the eye doesn't usechly look that nice with natural colours.
well i hav the same color eyes and i use a very light pink but what ever u do please dont wear dark eyeshadow it makes u look cheap

    angel
    Light brown works for me
you could use a sheer violet or purple eyeshadow with some black mascara and they will pop

try silver eyeshadow, then put the stardust from cover girl pinkish brown one on over it..it makes your eyes stand out!!! and flatters your complextion..

or just get a natural color like a light bronze..Eye Makeup tips????
i always seam to think that brides should wear white eyeshadow but thats just me. So my sugestion is that you sould wear white eyeshadow to match the dress itself not the beeds because people wont notice that they will notise the dress more and that is what you want to go for. This is your day so you should have all the say in what you want. Oh and by the way congradulations on your marrage to this man that you love so much!

    Any eye makeup tips?

any colors that would look awesome together? or any type of makeup appliations?Any eye makeup tips?
The trick is to actually blend well. Contrasting colors or colors that are within a few shades of each other look really nice as long as you blend well. I find using brushes instead of sponge applicators are better and picks up more color too. Also, they're easier to clean. If your looking for a natural look, any color that is light mixed with white in the inner part of your eyelid looks nice and makes it pop. For smokey eyes, try using dark shades instead of black..maybe dark purple and gray. For just a dramatic look, use a light and dark color together, dark on the outer corner of your eyes, and lighter one on the inner corners.

Remember to blend!Any eye makeup tips?
There are SOOO many colors that you can mix and match... here's a website that is VERY helpful www.specktra.net ...if you go to the tutorials ( http://specktra.net/f191/ )they'll show you how to do a lot of eye makeup applications.

They talk a lot about MAC but you can use the same techniques with any brand of makeup.
I absolutely love all the Loreal HIP makeup. I usually line my outer lid with the darker color, then put the brighter lighter color on the rest of my lid. The colors are awesome. My favorite is the two purples.
it really depends on what color your eyes are.... for instance- blue eyes stand out more with browns/neutrals. go to makeup isle and find the L';Orele display and they have charts according to eye color. Also, take in consideration your skin tone.
    black eyeliner,orange and green.

    brown eyeliner,purpple and silver.

    black eyeliner,blue and green.
It's hard to say what colors will look good on your eyes without knowing what color they are...

I use this color system for my eyes, I think it's by Almay. The set comes with three colors that look good on my eyes, and it tells you how to apply them to make your eyes stick out. I also use the Mascara and eyeliner to go with it.

But if you accent the eyes, you will want to wear something VERY simple on the lips, otherwise you will get the clown look.
Don't go heavy on the eye makeup.

    Make it look natural.

Girls (and guys) who wear a lot of eyeliner look tacky.

Eyeliner is made to make your lashes look thick.

So don't go all big on it, :D

And I wouldn't worry about it too much.

Eye shadow's definitely a plus, wear beige,

cream, pink, light blue. But wear it light.

And don't try to match it with your clothes.

if you go to some places like shoprite that sell make up it tells you what to wear for each eye color. blue and black are wrong for green eyes. if i remember it right.... they said wear purple colored make up for green eyes. next, practice putting it on. if you cant get it right just dont wear it. most of the times eyes look better without it
    wear black.

    buy waterproof.

or use covergirl perfect point plus.

AMAZING, and it's not even waterproof.
not blue. use black. USE SEPHORA BRAND GLITTER EYELINER IN OPAL, SILVER, BLUE, OR BLACK (: ITS PRETTY AND GLITTERY AND DOESNT WARE OF DURING THE DAY.

    Aww you're pretty!

You don't need to put eyeliner on top of the lid, but you can try it if you like. I do it sometimes. Just on top rim looks more natural. For eyeshadow.. Light pink, beige for natural.. If you want bold, wear purple or something. I have the same coloured eyes and I find we can wear almost everything! For mascara.. buy a better quality one, eyelash curler and eyelash comb. I like CoverGirl Lash Blast Mascara. The brush is really good and I never find it clumping up on me! Good luck dearie! Just experiment and you'll find what works best for you. :)I need some eye makeup tips!?
you can put eyeliner on the top, but make sure its really thin and close to the lash line. for thicker eyeliner on top like Lily Allen, will take more practice to do.

If your mascara clumps all the time, either your putting on too much or its not a good brand of mascara. make sure you have nothing on your lashes already when you put it on

if you wear eyeshadow, don't just wear one color.

the trick is to use 2 colors or more, and blend them all together,

so golds/browns would look good with your eye color.

put gold(always the lighter color) on your eyelid, then put the brown(the darker) above it in the crease. blend it all in so the two colors look like they are fading into each other. you need a good makeup brush to do this, if you use the little applicaters that come with most eyeshadows it wont work

if you ever see eyeshadows that are white or a really light color, thats to highlight

use that under your eyebrows on the brow bone to highlight, you don't need a lot of it
If you wear eye shadow do a natural color so that it doesn't look like you're wearing makeup (or it's not the first thing people think when they see you), and try getting an eye lash comb, after your mascara dries comb it, or try curling your eye lashes before applying the mascara, hope this helped!
my eyes are pretty much the same color, and I find that I can wear almost any color eyeshadow, but im pretty pale and have darker hair. Mostly go for like a purplish color, or brown. They both look good.

as for mascara, i find that i need to use 2 kinds before there are no clumps. I use that lash stiletto one to make them longer but it clumps so i use a maybelline one in a green bottle with a curved brush to get out the clumps.
I think you could wear a baby blue or light blue eyeshadow or a light green eye shadow. I think any type of earth tone color would look great on you.

As for mascara it would look good if you went over your eye lashes with black. Then go over just the tips of your eye lashes with white mascara.

I hope i helped and good luck!
Well you probably need a different mascara and an eyelash comb. When you apply it, wiggle it at the root of the lash and sweep up. If you put too many layers on your mascara may clump too.

As for the eyeliner, if you have sparse lashes then it may be a good idea to line your top lid but you should just experiment with it. Try using some shadow as a liner or a lightly smudged look. As for lining your waterline, it shouldn't be lined all the way through because most people's eye shapes don't look good with it like that. Try stopping mid way through the eye.

Wearing eyeshadow is entirely up to you. Since you look medium/fair skinned try not to use too many dark colors. Your eyes would look best in pinks, purples, browns, and greys. Try to stay away from colors that match your eyes because you want them to stand out.

Edit: Two of my favorite mascaras are Imju Fiberwig Mascara and Lancome Definicils Mascara, however they are a bit pricey. Fiberwig is especially good because it provides length without clumping and washes off easily with warm water. It doesn't smudge either, so no panda eyes.

Browns and blues go best with blue eyes.

I would say that your best bet would be to use a dark brown liner on your lower and upper lash lines for a smoky effect. Smudge the liner on your lower lid with a q-tip or the smudging tool on the end of many eyeliner pencils. You can use a navy shadow on your upper lid or a lighter blue shadow (cobalt is fun) with navy in the crease. Be sure to BLEND so that there are no definite lines. Also, wet the tip of a q-tip, eyeliner brush or shadow applicator and smudge a little bit of the darker blue shadow on your lower lash line, over the brown. This is a great, sexy look. Don't forget two coats of mascara; start with your outer lashes first to spread the mascara out more evenly and prevent clumping.

Good luck!Eye makeup tips for blue eyes?
My eyes are blue too, this is what I do to get that sexy look.

Line your top lid above the lash line in a soft black or charcoal, starting in the inner corner and working your way out. As you go out make the line a little thicker. Very gently line your bottom lid, just below the lash line, make the line fairly thin. Now take a q-tip and gently smudge the lines you made, always from the inner corner out. You want the line to look kind of hazy. This make take a few tries to get the look you want!

Next, take a dark gray shadow and the other end of the q-tip and fill in the section of your eyes above the liner but below the crease. Next take a pale gray, or pale gray blue shadow and gently sweep it across the remaining portion of your lid, try not to get it in the area directly below your brow arch. In the arch below the brow apply some pale gold, or pale silver shadow. Put a little below the smudged line on your bottom lid and apply a tiny bit to the inner corners of your eyes.

    Done!!

You can try it with browns too, or if you're daring try it with blues. :)

Good luck my blue eyed friend!
Don't do too much, it'll give you the wrong impression to the guy you like! Just do something natural. Remember, you don't want to change anything. You just want to ';enhance';. Try adding some blackish brown mascara , an eyelash curler , or if you're really daring you can try some green eyeliner/eyeshadow. Add some lip gloss and you are ready to go! Good luck ;D
to make ur blue eyes pop go w/ a gold eyeshadow. and put some bronze in the crease. then get a light shimmer and put it lightly in the inner corners of ur eyes and under the brow bone.

finish with some eyeliner (pencil, smudged) and 2 coats of black mascara on curled lashes.

    that outta do it :)
Well i think black liner and brown or green eyeshadow with some thick mascara would do the trick...I have brown eyes but my sis has blue and thats what she duz and she looks amazing all the time! I hope I helped!

    Eye makeup tips please!?

I have fairly light skin, not really pale but just normal. My eyes are kind of blue but green in the center and then a little brown right along the pupil. What colors of eye shadow, eye liner, and mascara should I use? Also, what are some good brands that aren't expensive or hard to find? thanks!Eye makeup tips please!?
to bring out green in your eyes, use royal purple mascara.

to bring out the blue, line in brown.

The purple and brown won't look as harsh against your skin as black would.

for night, use the purple mascara and line in silver.

practice lining the top to get better, and use short strokes instead of one long line which often will become crooked.

NYC cosmetic brand is cheap and at most drugstores.

    good luck!Eye makeup tips please!?
A person asked about what the best mascara was on this site and at least 5 people (including myself) said that Maybellene Define-A-Lash was the best out of all of the mascaras tried so far.
ok, i'm thinking that for your eyeshadow you should try a pale beige on the brow bone, then a creamy toupe color on the crease, a pale army green on your lid, and to finish of the shadow look, i would use a deep sage on the corners. I really only use mac eyeshadows, but i used to use a drugstore brand called prestige (i think it may only be carried at walgreens that's where i always got it) and they have really great eyeshadows, also another drugstore brand i like for specific eye colors is almay, they have eye color specific shadows that work great! so just go find the ones that say green eyes and i think you'll be set. Now for some eyeliner, i do think that yes, you should line the lower and upper, the easiest way i've found to line the upper is to take your opposite hand that you aren't applying the liner with and pull your lid at the corner away fromyour nose. then make a thin or thick line right on the lash line. if you make mistakes dip a q-tip in make-up remover and correct it. for your eye color i would again try the almay eyemake-up that is specifically for your color eye. for mascara, i would use a brown or dark brown and apply it to the upper %26amp; lower lashes, my favorite brand is may belline define-a-lash it's new and it's so amazing and you can find it anywhere. hope you find what you're looking for %26amp; i hope this helped!
You can go here http://lesley.mymineralgirlz.com to read makeup guides and to buy makeup that is actually good for you. Check it out and let me know what you think.
try warm browns and peaches on the lid and in crease with waterproof brown eyeliner and black mascara. loreal is a good brand.
Because of your blue-green eyes, I would suggest the following:

    Brown eye liner

    Black-brown mascara

    and neutral eyeshadows

As for tips, well eye liner is tricky. I always line the bottom lid. Then, starting on the outside, line halfway in on my top lid. This makes eyes appear larger. Then, use a medium-dark brown eye shadow on the outer half of your lid, and lighter color on the inside. (Blend well or it looks weird!) Also, try a white eye liner in the creases of your eyes (near your nose), which widens eyes.

    hope that makes sense! lol..

You can wear a bronze colored eyeshadow over your eyes. Or you can go for the natural look and put some eyeshadow matching your skin tone and then put some mascara on. You shouldn't wear that much make up around your eyes, because it can make your eyes look smaller, or make it not stand out much.~Hope I Helped~Eye makeup tips?

Hi. How and what you apply to your eyes depends what else you wear - is your lipstick light, dark etc. If you wear light lips then you can go a little darker with the eyes. Apply a light colour all over (like your pink). This lighter colour is your highlighting colour. Now you need to apply a little shading. A light brown would be great with green eyes and safe for fair skin. Where you apply it depends on the shape of your eye, but, you could try over your lid for a start and see how it looks. Finish it with a dark brown eye pencil over the lid and a little smudged under the eye and mascara. Try this link below.
Green eyes always look fabulous in gold, silver/gray and purple. Try the ';smoky eye'; style to really accentuate your eyes. You will need 3 tones of eyeshadow. A light, medium, and dark. Be sure the colors go together. Apply the medium tone to your lid. Then, starting from the outer corner of your eye, line the crease with the darkest color. The color should be the widest at the end of your eye. Then, highlight your browbone just underneath your eyebrow with the lightest color. Be sure to blend! You shouldn't be able to see where the color starts and stops. You might not want to do it too dark, because it might overpower your light-colored eyes. Good luck!
    put dark eyeliner on
Like, try gray/green pale eyeshadow, or purple. Light purple infact. Get a light blue eyeliner or light purple(look online) And dark black masgara. Also; Bronzer works very well for pale skin. (Take it from me) lol

    Hope I helped girly!
navy blue eyeliner. make a thick line on the bottom and top. blend it with black on the outer corners and draw them out into a cat eye. use a dull brown eyeshadow lightly on the lid. and black mascara.
dont use dark eyliner it will look weird with really pale skin. i would try a very light purple very black mascara and i know how to give a tanner tone to your skin if you want? anyways what you do is buy i think its called toner or something and get a tanish color then wipe some onto a cotton ball and dab your face ( you dont want to much) then once some of it is off try blending it together it will look natural and it will be suddle enough it doesnt look like a fake tan! GL!!

    Eye makeup tips?...?

I have grey, small, bit asian eyes and dark brown hair. I'm 26 and really don't know what makeup would look good on me? Every time I try something more than mascara or eyeliner it looks pathetic:) do you have any tips on colors, shadows etc??Eye makeup tips?...?
It all depends on what kind of person you are. Do you like to try funky make up for going out? And more laid back stuff for work? Or are you pretty neutral.

With grey eyes, a nice peachy colour would look nice. Blues and Tawny browns. If you want to spice things up and are heading out for a night on the town, try copper or a gold colour. As for application, you sound like you have almond shaped eyes, so when looking on the net for that, see how you can learn to apply for your eye shape. Best of Luck!Eye makeup tips?...?
You should definently look on you tube, they show you exactly how to apply it and what colors to use.

    http://youtube.com/results?search_query=鈥?/a>
wow grey eyes for an asian..you are lucky:) i think you might be applying your eyeshadows wrong. if you're an asian who has chinky eyes(no crease on the eyelid),i'd suggest you use only one color of eyeshadow instead of two or three, making the eyelids nearest to the lashes the darkest while blending it into a lighter shade as you go up just before the brow bone.but if you happen to have crease on the eyelids..you could use a darker color on the crease and a lighter shade or lighter color(that matches with crease color) on the base of the eyelid.this will give dimension to your eyes.then go with your favorite eyeliner(i prefer black/dark brown) and mascara with your curled lashes.these two are a must for asian eyes.

as for the color..id like to see blues, yellows, and smokey on grey eyes. and ive read that lighter shades can bring out the eyes too.

experience still is the best teacher.so go ahead and experiment!good luck!hope i helped.:)

    less is more.

try using shades similar to your skin to get used to wearing eyeshaddow, and then gradually get darker/brighter.

if you want to be a bit more experimental, different coloured eyeliners and mascaras are often better then eyeshadow. they look less tacky and more chic!

Try different shades of purple and pink.Eye makeup tips please?
you can use any color with dark brown eyes and blonde hair. use a light shimmery tan for the base color all over and then coffee color in the outside corners. you can apply all of this with a q-tip. use your judgement. go light and be sure to blend everything in at the end. use mascara on the top lashes and liner on the top and bottom. be sure to use brown liner, though. this is for day. if you want something more dramatic for night or going out, then use a lavender or blue. you can go a little darker for night. also, you can put mascara on the bottom lashes for night and use more shimmer. but any color will go wiith you, girl. have fun.
i am also 14 with brown eyes and i now your problem. pop by sephora offers a nice shadow set that is made for brown eyes it is a little pricey but well worth it . it is available at http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P122502%26amp;categoryId=C16830

i would wear black top eyeliner that is kinda winged out to the sides and you can smudge a little brown on the bottom lid but not the whole bottom just on half meeting with the top winged black eyeliner.

mascara of course and any color you want! i would pick gold though! try urban decay's gold eyeshadow they're really pretty!

Try HIP eyeshadow. its the BESTT!! ok, get a REALLY dark brown and put it all over your lids. then get a light brown shade, and put it on your brow bone. get a sparkly or white eyeshadow and put it right under your eyebrows. thennnnn get that same eyeshadow and put it on the corner of your eye (the one closet to your nose). do eyeliner all on the piece of skin right outside your eye, where someone usually puts it, allll the way to the corner. then, on your upper lid, right above your eyelashes. THERE YOU GO! it looks great, i do it everyday!!!
i know how you feel kinda

    i just started high school

and i had a huge problem with the way i looked

my uncle works at saks fifth avenue

and i recently went to a family christmas party and he complimented me on my makeup

[which is a huge compliment coming from a makeup artist]

    heres what i do:

-i use nude/neutral colors [three different ones like a bronze a really light brown and a medium brown i layer it like at the bottom of my eyelid where ur eyelashes are [with the lightest color] then right above that use the second darkest color then above that use the darkest of the three.] then rub some of it off so that it doesn't look heavy and it looks amazing. i get compliments all the time. and it boosted my self-esteem ;] so you should try it.

and on somedays blue eyeliner looks great if your wearing blue.

it really makes your eyes pop.

    ud look gorgeous. %26lt;3
Haha, I have the exact same problem! Try buying some small make up brushes [99 cents]. And brush the tops of your lids with black shadow, and branch it out as you go.

    1. Apply a light shade from your lash line to your brow.

    2. Apply a medium contour shade on the lid.

    3. Next, use a darker shadow onthe outer corner of the lid and blend well.

    4. Line the eyes if desired, closest to the lash line as possible, top and bottom.

    5. Apply mascara to top and bottom and comb out well.
use nars duo eyeshadows. they are intense pigments and they stay on for hours and hours. they are expensive but will do the trick and one pallete will last about a year. so after that long, its really not that expensive.

    Asian eye makeup tips?

Does anyone know any good asian eye makeup tips??

Whenever i use eyeliner, i can only put it on the bottom half of my eye and when i try to put it on the top it looks weird cos i don't have double eye-lids. and that's only the eyeliner trouble... don't get me started on the eye shadow for non double eyelids.

thanks in advance ;DAsian eye makeup tips?
when you don't have double eyelids, liner on the top is difficult. so you have to be careful. if you want a more definition, try to use a thin line that's very defined on the bottom lid. start gently from the outside and work your way slowly to the inside of the eye. as for shadow, put larger amounts on the outside of the eye, that makes your eyes more defined. eyelash curlers are great, but you have to be careful which brand you buy. my mother used to work and clinique, and their curlers are cheap, but work amazingly. try those. and a jet black mascara, that's for sure.

    good luck

if you where glasses, if you want to ware mascara wait till it dries to put youre glases back on. a pretty champane color(pinky-red with sparkles) or light brown or a light pink works really well as eye shadows, and eye liner looks really great with dark frames if you dont over do it.if you put it rite under youre bottom eyelashes thinley, it makes you look like you have really dark eyelashes with out making them messy(putting Mascara on bottom lashes doesnt always look so great) hope this helped.

when lining your eyes, wedge the liner right in the root of your lashes so you don't see any skin between the lashline and your liner. make sure you're smudging the lines for both the top and bottom lids with a q-tip or smudge brush, too, because just a harsh black line surrounding the eye will make it look much smaller and more recessed. and and sheer forest green and gold shadows, even together, look amazing with brown eyes. What are some Eye makeup tips?
Going off your avatar, I'm guessing you have dark brown/ black hair, so you can really go with any color. Match it with your outfit but you can play around with some greens or gold shades. Blue, personally, doesn't really flatter anyone unless you have hazel eyes, but green should look nice...
use eyeliner to outline the shape of your eyes. i have almond eyes and applying eyeliner on the top and bottom lash lines makes the shape stand out.

Can you help me with some tips or advice or new ideas for eye makeup?

First, trace a thin line on the inner rim of your eyes, but then, thicken it going out towards the end of your eye.

    Then get liquid liner, and do a small line right on your lash line, then flare it out at the end, to create a small cats eye, or ';wing.';

Ok i need some help. I've got golden brown eyes, and i need an idea on how to make them stand out. Like eyeliner, eyeshadow, or any other tips would help. Thank you in advance!I need to know some eye makeup or any other tips...?
I have medium brown eyes and light skin and I think that it'd work for you too... I use dark brown liner on the bottom but just on the lash line/ edge of the lower lid and then some of the same on the upper lid on the same edge part but ONLY the 1/4 of it closest to your nose - none above the lashes on the top lid! Then I use black mascara (an eyelash curler first is a MUST) and I think it's really pretty. If you use eyeliner on the top lid like behind the lashes, your lashes don't stand out as much against your skin. You can use a shimmery shadow, I use a light beige color so I don't look like I got smacked in the face with a makeup box... too much color and stuff isn't sexy. I guess this is the sexiest way I know of without looking overdone!I need to know some eye makeup or any other tips...?
Compliment your brown eyes with pale pinks, or accent the brown with gold and deep rusts. One look is to use one sheer glittery eye shadow used all over in combination with a softly smudged liner.

    *Sometimes mascara on the top

    *curl my lashes

*different color of eyeshadow each day... i don't apply a lot, but I like how it glitters in the sun and its a little bit noticeable because I get compliments sometimes.

Thanks soo much for your help!Any eye makeup ideas/tips?
Try other shades of eyeliner on the top. Pinks, purples, blues, greens, the different colors have different effects on your true eye color. After applying a thick line of color across the eye use a dark color on the outside corner. Play with it until you get comfortable applying them. Always be creative you don't have to do your make up the same everyday. After awhile you could try mixing colors by doing two thin lines of different colors to make a completely different look. Also you can try different colors on your lips, use lip liner and lipstick, or just different shades of lip gloss with different lip liners. Good luck and have fun.

Your face is a canvas, Let your imagination soar!!Any eye makeup ideas/tips?
i say put white or brown eyeshadow. Eyeliner is good but not too thick.
Try different colored eyeliners. I love using these on top of my lids as an eyeshadow. They stay put and have a different effect than powder. I love silver, gold, plum, copper, and aqua blue. You could aslo try do a slight cat eye with dark brown eye liner.
Keep ur eyes clean without eye liner or mascara. Only massage with olive oil.
Okay, I've been getting some good results with what I'm doing now, but I can't guarantee that it'll work for you- it all depends on complexion, hair color, eye color, etc. Anyway:

-First, I use a gray powder eyeliner on the bottom

-On top of that, I make a finer line with some standard dark gray eyeliner (you could probably use black, but it might look a bit overdone)

-Next, I line the bottom of my eyelid with some sparkly brown eye shadow that's roughly the color of my eyes.

-Above that, I just put on some sparkly, lighter brown-silver eye shadow. Depending on the color of an outfit, I might subsitute that with a blue, purple, green. Try to avoid anything that's really bright and overly sparkly because the purpose is to bring out your EYES, not your eyelids. Hope that maybe helped.

Any tips for applying eye makeup on Asian eyes?

The key to Asian eyes is that generally they're a lot smaller than that of their American counterparts, so to make your eyes look a lot bigger you have to focus on your lashes, because nice full lashes really make your eyes stand out and make them seem a lot bigger than they really are. That said, go with Shiseido. They're very famous for their eye makeup and I think their products are perfectly designed for Asians. Their mascara is a very good investment, especially the one with the small brush because it's so incredibly easy to apply, and even if your lashes are very short the mascara manages to make them look very voluminous and long. When your lashes are separated and fanned out, your whole eye brightens up.

Once you've got the eyelashes down, I'd recommend using a very light but shimmery color and apply that as a base on your eyelid. Don't go overboard and apply it all the way to your brow bone--I'd say just apply where your eyeball is when your eyes are closed. A nice gold or silver works very well. It brightens up your eyes and once again, makes them seem bigger and much more lively. The rest of the eyeshadow depends on what you're wearing and how you want to match with your outfit. But pretty much any color works well. If you just want the light shimmer then that ends up looking very pretty too.

Oh and another recommendation is a good eyelash curler. Shiseido is the best. Shu Uemura is very famous for their curlers but this brand is a lot harder to find in the US, unless you order online. I'd say stick with Shiseido because their counters can be found in pretty much every department store. I bought the curler for around $13-15 and the mascara goes for $21. It'll cost a pretty penny but it lasts a long time and I think it's really the best deal for Asian eyes. :)Any tips for applying eye makeup on Asian eyes?

Any tips for applying eye makeup on Asian eyes?
i would only put eyeliner on the outter part of the top lid dark.and black mascar thats all youll need.
for eyeliner make the line thicker toward the outer part of your eye and thinner the closer you get to your nose
use liquid eyeliner mostly on the top but a little on the bottom.
    practice makes perfect

just figure out what effect you want and try to achieve it and then try to duplicate it
black mascara on top lashes black eyeliner on bottom ild.

    Avoid heavy shadow.

If any use one color like a light frost or golden frost cream only along top lid, do not pass the crease in your top lid.

    Keep it simple.
Try squinting when you do it...
put some eyeliner on the crease so it makes your eyes look smaller and sexier( in a subtle way)
Hmm... I think that depends on what look you're aiming for. Personally, I'm not a huge fan of the super-smokey eyeshadow look on Asian eyes. And unless you have very pink skin, I'd stay away from the blues and greens. Invest in a good mascara, with a good brush, and you won't have to bother with eyelash crimpers. I use Fresh Supernova, and I love it.
You must own an eyelash curler.

I'm not Asian, but I'm half Finish, and they are descended from the Mongols, so I have stick straight hair, and my eyelashes have no curl at all.

I bought a new eyelash curler that doesn't have any plastic on the sides, so it fits the eye better, the older style ones were like a box your eyelashes all had to fit within, and it was too curved for my eye.

I here Shi Uemura is supposed to have a nice one out, but I just bought a cheapy from Ulta. You might try Sephora.

Speaking of Shi Uemura, maybe that makeup would be a good idea, I think he is Japanese there is a chance it could already be balanced for your skin type/tone?

So many of the other lines are all French...

    Any how hope that helps.
First I apply black liquid eyeliner on the crease of my eyelids.

then I use a brown pencil eyeliner on top of the black line.

Finally I use mascara and heat up my eyelash curler with a hair dryer to have long lasting curls.

If it helps, I have pale skin and brown/light brown hair.

-Thanks!What color would you consider my eyes? /makeup tips?
your eyes are hazel with a little more green in them. I have the SAME color eyes.

What ive realized about mine is I cant put black eyeliner on the bottom, maybe a brown because it dosnt bring them out at all. They have this eyeshadow pack by Wet M Wild called mega eyes, you can get it in various color that will bring out the color of your eyes. I have the green (because i like to bring out the green) and it really works.

Also try putting a shimmery white on the inner lower lash line

look really closly at my eyes in this pic. I think their kinda similar to yours. The white in the inner corners is kinda fading off by then (happens.) but its there.

What are your best eye makeup tips?

The best tips I could recommend would be to use one neutral eyeshadow all over and use a dark eyeshadow as eyeliner. Apply it into your lashes with a small brush. This will look softer than a pencil (less harsh for day). Apply mascara for a wide eyed look. Use concealer under the eys to cover darkness and to look less tired. What are your best eye makeup tips?
i get the most compliments on my eye makeup when i line the rims with black eyeliner, and then wear black eyeshadow on my outer-upper lids and fade into gray. What are your best eye makeup tips?
I use the same color shadow as the eyelinerI love my pinks 2gether also blue.
well i am talented make up person and what i think is that eye make up depends on how ur eyes look and their colour. but what really suits any eyes is a light purple colour eye shadow and black maskara with a fine eye liner on the bottom of the eyes( this really suits hazel eyes), also, applying a smoky black eye shadow is extremely hot (mostly suits hazel, blue, green eyes), or u can apply a mixture of dark and light grey with black eye liner and maskara (mostly suits black and hazel eyes)___i hope u like it!!
Just put on Loreal eye shadow.

  • What are some good eye makeup tips for younger girls?

Im about to go into high school, and I think I need to start focusing on my appearance more. Please do not make assumptions about how I am to young to be using makeup. Anyway, I have short brown hair with bangs and brown eyes. Also, I wear glasses and want my makeup to show up under my glasses too. I really want to emphasize my eyes though. I want makeup that is easy to put on without any fancy brushes and things. I am a complete novice with makeup so please help! What are some good eye makeup tips for younger girls?
you can put on white/shear eyelid powder, mascara, blush, and chap stickWhat are some good eye makeup tips for younger girls?
I'm a 9th grader and I wear concealer, foundation, powder, eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara, and lipgloss. Don't worry, your definetly not too young.

I think dark brown eyeliner and mascara would look pretty on you. Try Almay eyeliner in Black Brown and Neutrogena Healthy Volume mascara in Carbon Black. They'll help bring out your eyes. Eyeshadow would look pretty too, gold especially.

If your skin's pretty, just some loose powder would be sufficenent. However if you skin tone's uneven or you have acne, look into concealer and foundations. It may sound silly, but green concealer works well to cover up redness. A good foundation is Maybelline's Mineral Power. You can apply it with your (clean) fingers by blending WELL.

Also, you may be one of those people who look great in glasses, but you might look into getting contacts. I wear contacts and I like them 67483927659 times better than glasses =)

Since you have green eyes, you're supposed to use whatever is on the opposite of the color wheel which would be purple. That's good because it would match your dress and make your eyes pop.

    Try this color :

It's called CoverGirl Eye Enhancers. You could use the purple on your lids and then use the smokey color to make it more dramatic.

or you could also do a funky color like this turquoise.

or you could check out this girls youtube. She posts videos of how to do tons of kinds of makeup. You could just copy the way she does it, but use a less expensive brand of makeup since she likes to use Mac (I recommend Mac too though. Since it is your prom and they have TONS of colors to choose from. You can even go to a Mac store or counter and ask them for advice and they can even do your makeup for you for free)
