What eyeliner color for brown eyes? general makeup tips?

i have blonde hair and light brown eyes that have a little green on the outside, and a navy blue rim around them. they are kinda big, and the tips if my eyelashes are blonde, so i use black mascarra and black eyeliner usually but i need a new eyeliner, what color and makeup tips? go to walmart and but exact eyelights by covergirl. buy the one that's best for brown eyes. you can get the whole collection if you want! the exact eyelights collection is designed to enhance your personal eyecolor and make it bright and pretty! :) if you want something different, buy XXL Curl by maybelline new york. it's mascara :p for eyeshadow, you can go with a champagne color. i use flirt! eyeshadow mousse in sandcastle. you can get it at kohl's. i hope i helped!!
i would line your inner eyelid rims with a black liner.

then i would line the outer rims with brown. (both top and bottom lid)


then apply 2 coats of mascara for an everyday look.

get liquid eyeliner..cause it stays on.. pencil smudges a lot

Plum eyeliner looks plain weird. Just get a dark brown eyeliner.
Try purple eyeliner. Purple brings out every color eye beautifully, so you'll be set there.
