my eyelashes are very long, and i have olive tone complexion that is tanned
im in highschool and im really tired in the morning but my eyes always look so small and dreary
any tips on what i can do, and funky ways to use some simple black or blue liner

When you are tired, stay away from blue, unless it has purple undertones in it.

Be careful with black eyeliner, some people think that if you pile it on, and draw around your whole eye will make your eye appear bigger, this makes them appear smaller.
When putting eyeliner on the lower lashline, stop in the middle of the lashline.
On your top lashline, go half way, stop then go the other half way. Connect where you stopped with a short tail pointing upward. This creates an illusion of a bigger eye.Eye makeup, i need tips and help ....?

Ok well since you have small eyes I would suggest not using such dark colors, because the darker the color the smaller your eyes will look. Black mascara is fine to use, and if you're going to use black eyeliner don't do it too dark. Also you should buy some white eyeshadow and eyeliner. White makes your eyes appear larger and more awake.

First, brush a light gold, white, silver, pink, or really any color VERY lightly over your entire eyelid. Now, for the funky. If you want to step it up a notch, with an angle brush, paint in a bright neon color, or black halfway to the crease. For normal days, or on top of this, take a pencil liner to the section under your lower lashes. On top, take a liquid liner in the same color and make a nice, even line, extending it to a 'wing' about a quarter inch past the boundaries of your eye.
Practice makes perfect, so have fun!
go simple on your eyes, and go try those new black mascaras that have tints of shade in them, and match it with a liner. Also, you can just go funky fast with a light tone on the inside and go darker as you go outwards, just dont go to dark cause it is daytime wear. I dont reccomend blues and greens just because they do bring the olive out more. I have the same skin tone. You can use certain blues, but you should experiment with them first. greens as well. And if you think it looks great, then go for it!I love almond shape eyes, and like to accent them (thats why i suggested the light to dark) but if your uncomfortable with that, do your entire lid one solid color, and right at your crease do a bit darker shade, it will accent your eyes, and make them look bigger while giving them a pop. hope i helped. good luck
Dont put on too much makeup or it will make your eyes look smaller. A little eyeliner on the lower lids and mascara on your upper lashes will make your eyes pop. You can also add eyeshadow but not too much (:
