Any one know any good makeup tips for the eyes?

I'm in need of a change of makeup for my eyes. I want them to appear more beautiful, noticeable, and even bigger. Any tips whether it's about eyeliner, shadow or anything would be greatly appreciated. =]Any one know any good makeup tips for the eyes?
I do! I recently totally re-vamped my eye make-up to make bigger, more beautiful eyes.

Before I went with simple eyeliner, mascara, and maybe some neutral shadow.

Now, I totally changed it and like it so much better! For bigger more intense eyes, drop the eyeliner! Trust me, I LOVE eyeliner and never went a day without it, until recently. I changed my eye make-up completely. I picked out some colors that work well on me. I love purple since it makes my green eyes bold. Experiment, and you'll find a color you love! Choose a few shades of one color. Sweep your entire eye with the lightest shade, the outer edge of your lid with the darker shade, and the inner lid with a metallic of the same or similar shade. Use white eyeshadow on the inner corners to bring our your eyes. The most important step is to BLEND the colors together to get a fading effect. Take white, or the lightest shade possible and swipe your lower lashes. Next, find the blackest mascara possible. Give your top lashes a few generous swipes, and if you're up to it, get a nice clean swipe on your lower lashes. Your eyes will POP and the color does NOT have to be dramatic. It's so much nicer than heavy liner!

The mascara and white corners will make your eyes appear bigger, the whites of your eye appear whiter, and your color will seem brighter! Good luck!

I AGREE! Great Lash is THE mascara. It's the ONLY thing I use and it makes my lashes beautiful! People have to make sure that they're not fake! Haha. Depending on where you get it, or if it comes in a pack of two, it's $3-$6 a bottle. They even make waterproof. Go for ';Blackest Black'; for the most intense look!Any one know any good makeup tips for the eyes?
Lucky girl (I assume girl,) there's a lot you can do to make blue eyes sparkle! For starters, coat your entire eyelid (lash to brow) with a layer of concealer. Even if you aren't extending color all the way up to your brow, it gives you a cleaner, brighter look. It will also help your makeup colors pop, stay in place, and not fade throughout the day.

Stick with light colors on your lid. Same rule of thumb applies to make-up as it does with clothes: dark colors give the illusion of smallness, while brighter colors give the illusion of bigness. Keep this in mind, too, when you are applying eyeliner. Instead of drawing a line all the way across your lid, which will minimize your eyelid, start at the outer third of your lashline (a good landmark is where the iris ends,) and extend it outwards past your eye, angling the line up once you've extended past your eye.

If you absolutely must have eyeliner on your lower lid, apply it ONLY to the outer corner, and never connect the lines on your top and bottom lid. This will make your eyes appear smaller.

Back to lighter colors. Blue eyes look great with lavenders, light pinks, classic browns, golds, even greens. If you are using 2-3 colors, start wtih the lightest color first. Apply it all over your eyelid, and right under your eyebrow on your browbone. Take your next darkest color, and lightly layer it in the crease of your eye either all the way across for a more dramatic effect, or only on the outer third of your crease, blending a small amount on the outer third of your eyelid. This will give the illusion of dimension, making your eye seem bigger.

And of course, always use mascara. Concentrate it on the outer third of your lashes to make your eye seem longer. Use it evenly all over your lashes to make them seem more open. I recommend a light layer on your lower lashes. Heavy, volume-building mascaras can give you a ';bedroom-eye'; look, whereas mascaras that lengthen, define, and separate will make your eyes look bigger and brighter.
I would suggest looking on youtube.com There are TONS of great makeup tutorials with all different brands of makeup. http://www.youtube.com/user/itsjudytime is a great one, she makes the tutorials really easy!!

I would also suggest looking at pursebuzz.com She has everything you need to know about hair and makeup. So much info!!

- Gold pencil on the lids and inner part of the eyelid also make the eyes look bigger

- If you also want to make your eyes appear wider, make your eyeliner thicker towards the edges of your eyes.

- Get an eye makeover, at any department store at the makeup department. Ask them for various colors to use to make your eyes look larger. They are there to help!!

Depending on what your eye color is, use eyeshadow that compliments. Lighter shades since darker shades minimize your eyes. Experiment with makeup and have fun with it!
I think it depends on what color your eyes are. I know for Brown eyes they say to use purple eye shadow, or even blue eyeliner. For green they say go with browns. For blue i think they usually recommend charcoals or silver if you want a little extra attention.

BEST MASCARA: Great Lash, i think thats what its called, its the Pink %26amp; Green tube by maybelline. Its totally affordable and soooo good!
smoky eyes make your eyes stand out and looks amazing, although takes some time to do. here is a link to show you how to do them :) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I0NkeFxTX鈥?/a>

i usually do mine like that if I'm going out or something, but on a day-to-day basis, i usually just wear mascara, and either liquid eyeline on my top lids, or kohl eyeliner round the rims of my eyes (this makes your eyes stand out quite alot!)

i hope this helps :)

Try these and remember to use primer. Contour alot. And keep your brows waxed and use a white shadow on your brow bone to highlight and in the corners of your eyes.
mix 2 colours together ex: pink purple or beige and brown etc whatever your mood is that day and by the way if you apply a subtle brown below the brow is enlarges the eye
