Tips for eye makeup?

ive got big blue eyes with a heavy eyelid so whenever i wear eyeshadow its pointless because you cant see it..and it just prints on the skin just below my eyebrow..so i was wonderin wot sort of make up i could use to basicly just make them stand out i already use black liquid eyeliner and flick it out at the outer corners but just wonderin if any1 got any better ideas..cheers =]Tips for eye makeup?
I would definatly not use the eyeliner its soo takcy! It depends on the color of your hair, like if you have dark eye lashes I really wouldnt worry about it , but im a makeup hog lol however I have bright blonde hair and i can get away with the dark (black) eyeshadow however since you have a saggyish eyes I would go with a light gold and a simple deep mascara like start at the root juggle the brush and it will give it a fuller look. dont take any eye shadow up to your eye brow, EVER!! if you would like some pics and links of some ideas I have for u hit me up and i can give you some :)Tips for eye makeup?
go to a cosmetic counter and have them show you how to put some eyeshadow on. I think you should wear color on your eye lids and then were a shimmer on the top underneath your eyebrows

if you want bold black eyes apply the rimmel black eyeliner on the bottom of your eye and on the top of your eye but when you do it on the top close your eye and stretch it so your pulling it towards your ears, but the trick is don actually put it on your eyelid put it underneath and do that a couple of times so you get a nice bold effect. then use the l'oreal mascara at least three times to give it a full effect. then get some eyelash curlers and use them on your top eyelashes for about 30 seconds and your eyes should look wicked.





but if you do want some colour on your eyes do the same but with a barry m coloured eyeline you should use a nice light blue to match your eyes or a purple. just check out the colours in boots theres loads!
WELL I GOT THE SAME PROBLEM BUT PUT EYELINER ON THE IN SIDE OF YOUR EYELID TOP AN BOTTOM THEN GET A WHITE EYE PEINCIL AN PUT THAT ON YOUR EYE LID TO BRING OUT THE BLUE I REALLY THINK THAT LOOKS STUNNING SO JUST GIVE IT A TRY...

What i do is i get any black eyeliner pencil and on the bottom rim below the eye i go over then at the corner of the eye i flick it out (not too far or your look like and egyptian) just a tiny bit, kind of like a small triangle. And when i do eye shadow i use two shades of the colour. I aply the dark one on the bottom bit of the eye lid then the lighter one on the top part of the lid then i get a little eye brush and smooth it all together.
