811 (Level 2) Wear your mascara with PRIDE!
1.) Comb your lashes while they're still wet with an eyelash comb. Don't fret, they're not expensive. I found mine at Target for a buck.
2.) Curl your eyelashes with an eyelash curler for about 5 minutes. Again, these are very common and inexpensive, they should be available at your local drugstore.
3.) Apply a primer. These are a bit harder to find, and a little bit more expensive (mine's $25), but well-worth the buy. I use Clinique's because it has a moisturizing base and helps to build healthy, full lashes.
4.) Apply a beneficial mascara. I use Neutrogena Healthy Volume. It's about $8, and it's avaliable at most drugstores and online.
5.) Re-curl for about 2 minutes.I have green with a little brown eyes, spring makeup tips?

i saw it in a cosmo girl mag! it's in right now!
just sweep a bright spring shade green over your eyes.
how light or dark you want it. and use mascara and a lash curler and you're set!
try the smashbox hybrid collection, it's good for the environment and the stuff is good for the person you're describing

Stay away from the lighter shades such as pink, and purple.
Dark greens, pewters, and other brown undertoned colors.
You sound like me! Try light pink powder shadow on lid, light brown above lid and cream color on brow bone. I also like the green color changing eye shadow. It changes slightly with whatever you wear close to your face (scarf, shirt, etc.) Go lightly with the shadows, it is more likely that you will be happier with focusing on the mascara and liners, etc, in a brown rather than black shade. Try grey, too!
I have green eyes too, but with more orange (believe it or not) in the color. Anyway, blues naturally don't look well with green. You could always try a darker purple! I think gold over the lid looks gorgeous over green eyes. It looks so pretty. You could try browns as well and sandy colors. It's really good to experiment. When you go to purchase your make up, have one of the workers try some colors on you and ask opinions for the best colors. I swear by it - they actually know what they're talking about! Good luck =]
