Line just the inside of your bottom lashes with a dark grey liner, silver shadow will brighten your eyes and so will a dab of shimmery shadow in the inner corners of your eyes (near your nose) For blue eyes orange and copper shades will make your eyes look more blue. If you can take a picture of yourself in the right lighting, I would suggest to do so. There are many websites with virtual makeovers. This may not be the answer you are looking for, but I'd suggest going to the MAC counter (Nordstroms and some Macys). Their make up artists are very knowledgeable and will help you achieve the look you are seeking. Their make up is fantastic, long wearing and does not break your wallet!
