Does anyone know any good makeup tips for making your eyes look completely gorgeous?
WEll my thing is i have green eyes.. and i put just a goldy shimmer over my eye lids then do thick eyeliner where it gives me definition on bottom and top... i love it.. it makes my eyes look great... but since u have brown eyes.. or i think u do...do silver.. or jst go and test out colors that bring out ur eyes..hope i helped!!Does anyone know any good makeup tips for making your eyes look completely gorgeous?
dont use so much eyeliner that it takes over all the color...i think it looks really bad
okay well say ur wearing blue okay so you start out with a darker blue on the inside of your eye then work it out to a lighter brighter blue. white in the inner and under ur brow and there you go not so hard.
It depends on what color your eyes are:

If they're blue use brown eye shaddows with blue liner, lighter eye shaddow colors generally make your eyes look bigger and stand out more, no matter the color of your eyes.

Wear khaki and brown shades, even hues of yellow or gold for green and hazel colored eyes.

Accent dark brown eyes with brown and charcoal shadows.

Applying mascara to the lower lashes is important too, it makes your eyes stand out more.

Also, by applying shadow to above your actual lid can largen eyes, however not every person can pull this look off well. I'd try it with more neutral colors, maybe with a little glitter or sparkle in them. And overdueing eye liner can wash your eyes out or give a too dramatic of a look.
If you go to Chanel.com they teach how to put on eyeshadows and liners to make your eyes look stunning.
after the apply foundation, of cause not only on your eyes 1st apply the eyeshadow, you have to choose which colour you want, for example if you wearing something pink %26amp; little

blue. then you have to apply pink, then the inner eye ( towards nose) apply blue, spreading it like the shape of your eye fold.

beneath the eyebrows apply sliver or white.

if you going at night then apply the eyeliner even the lower eyes.

then lastly masscara ( waterproof)

but don't overdo, O.K
you need to go see a cosmotologist and you will save money from not spending money on crappy products

Would you say I have grey-blue eyes? Makeup tips? PIC?

They change from time to time, here is a picture of how they change:

What colour eye shadow do you think would bring out the more blue side? What would bring out the grey? Thanks!Would you say I have grey-blue eyes? Makeup tips? PIC?
Yes, you definitely have blue-gray eyes. I have them myself. I've found that the colors that bring them out most are browns, golds, and lavenders.Would you say I have grey-blue eyes? Makeup tips? PIC?
For blue eyes you wear a slightly darker shade of blue eyeshadow =)

put a light line of eyeliner the whole way round your eyes with slight flicks at the sides, get a 'skin' or beige colour eyeshadow and put it on your eyelid, right up to your eyebrow, this will lighten any dark areas, then apply blue eyeshadow over the top :) this will bring the blue out more..

smoky eye also looks good on blue eyes people..look up 'smoky eye' on youtube for a demo because you can do smoky eye soo many different ways :D

stay away from pastel colours, light yellows and pinks do NOTHING for blue eyes :)
I think it's the light that's shining on them that gives them the appearence of being different colours.

To bring out the blue? Erm, pink eyeshadow? It usually looks good with blue. I don't know about the grey.
use a smokey color like grays and blues and blacks and browns nd apply them on the top of your lid and a lil around it, wear mascara and eyeliner i like the color eyeliner
Plum colored eye-shadows or eyeliner certainly brings out the blue but grey i really don't know.
ya they are. for colors: plums, silvers, dark greys, greens, and browns. hope i helped!

pink pastels and golds will bring out the blue

purple and brown would bring out the grey

beautiful eyes!
brown, gold, plum and lavender just don't wear blue!!!
BROWN!

Light brown skin, black hair, dark brown eyes MAKEUP TIPS PLEASE : )?

Hey i am the same exact face type as you! Identical

Eyes: Put a thin line of liquid eyeliner on your top eye lid after that dries then put a light brown on the bottom of your eye lid and then a darker brown on the top. Then get some Maybelline Intense Mascara with blue and white on a different side the white conditions them and then makes them longer as your putting on the blue side (which is your black mascara) it makes them longer

Cheeks: i use a little of bronzer (all over my face, but make sure that if you use it, that it all blends correctly, you don't want to look blotchy) and then i put on some light color blush on the very top of my cheeks.

Lips: shiny lipgloss!!

Makeup Tips I

http://blog.360.yahoo.com/blog-42eT_e8_b鈥?/a>How can I make my small eyes look bigger? Any makeup tips?
Yes, white eyeliner on the bottom eye will open your eyes up, also using a sparkly, light colored eyeshadow in the corner of your eyes will open them up as well. I feel a smokey eye will keep the eye enclosed and make it look smaller, so you may not want to do that.

But definitely try the white liner and if you use a dark colored liner on top dont draw the line too thick, make it thin and very close to the base of the lash. Good LuckHow can I make my small eyes look bigger? Any makeup tips?
use a liquid liner pen and do a smokey eye. if youre light complected it will bring out your eyes. for more tips go to www.sephora.com
eyeliner
Try lighter colours of eyeshadow, and a good mascara on your bottom and top lashes. Also a small line of brown/black liner just under ur bottom lash line would look great!

Im sure if you pop into a department store, a good makeup counter should be able to help you out! Try benefit or urban decay!
i have small eyes too and i learned a trick or 2. what i normally do is just put eyeliner and leave it at that no0thing else
try using white eyeliner on the inside rim of your lower lids.
As weird as it sounds use white eyeliner on your bottom lid. It opens your eyes up a lot!
here are some good makeup tips: http://www.jurgita.com/articles-id79.htm鈥?/a>

you should choose eye shadow color very carefully and use high quality mascara for sure ';]]
If your eyes are brown on the top of your lid going from the inner corner ( the part closest to your nose) use a lighter shade (golden brown) and on the outer part of your lid use a dark shade (chocolate), then lightly shadow up. You can even use Greens etc.. follow this same idea if your eyes are a different color just adjust the shade you use. Also Rimmel has a wonderful mascara 3XXX or Volume and it works beautifully. Also very inexpensive, I ran across this little discovery at Walmart.
ummm coso magazine says that you should use a light eyeliner like white or something and a shimmery eyeshadow
use a liquid liner and a good mascara,if it didn't work go to sephora.com

are they pretty without any makeup?Do I have pretty eyes/makeup tips? (pics)?
Nice eyes, and yes it does look like you are wearing mascara but not too much, it's a good amount. Stick to what you are wearing for makeup in the picture, it looks good.Do I have pretty eyes/makeup tips? (pics)?
it seems like you have the same skin tone as me [minus the unnatural light coloring...] i have the same eye color too. dark brown. i would suggest some beige/brownish eyeshadow. don't make it too dark though or else it will look weird. line the inner rim with glittery white eyeliner. oh, curl lashes too and apply mascara. then line your eyes thinly with a dark brown eyeliner. and apply on a little mascara on the bottom lashes (:
    verry pretty eyes :)

it does kinda look like you are

they dont really need makeup on them

but maybe if you want to glam them up

a slick line of eyeliner on the lids maybe a bluey/black colour would be nice
They look regular to me...nothing special about the color or shape..They look just fine without makeup. Dont mind these dumb comments.
U NEED A WAX!!!!! IN U';R EYE BROWS FIRST!!!!!
do something about your eye brows !!! and maybe a little purple liner with some brown mascara
your eyebrows need work, but put some eyeliner on.

What are some good tips for a natural eye makeup look?

I'm very good with makeup application, but I'm looking for some new things. I want a really natural look... basically, I want to look like I'm NOT wearing make-up while I am.

Any help appreciated... thank you. What are some good tips for a natural eye makeup look?
Curl your lashes and put mascara (a dark brown color) on your upper lashes like the first comment said. Then, use a natural colored eyeshadow on your lids. Probably a color close to your skin color like a cream. Then, put a lighter shade (off-white maybe) under your eye, under your eyebrow, and at the inside corner of your eyes right at your nose. That will give your eyes a natural glow. What are some good tips for a natural eye makeup look?
Its always hard to apply makeup and go for the look of no makeup, but it can be done =]

this is a goofy pic of myself, im sorry but it was the only one i had wit my natural makeup look i hope it helps:

    http://i28.tinypic.com/29yr1uu.jpg

i use a brownish-grey liner. it blends in wit the lashes.

you want to use something that is similar to the color of your eyes.

i put togetehr a few colors that you should look into for a natural look:

    http://i26.tinypic.com/10588rq.jpg

the colors at the bottom will widen your eyes and help high light your eye brows.

add a lil mascara and youre good.

for a toner face, just add a little plain color blush around your face if you have any blemishes or any spots.

if you have clear skin like i do, just moisturize your face and itll give it that clean look the model has in the picture you like,

    good luck =]
well for a natural look you could curl your eyelashes, but on mascara, but not too much and not to bold. you just lightly brush on a light gold eyeshadow(like in ur picture) and you apply a light powder if you wish.
    light mascara

earth colors for the eye shadow,

and after u apply it with the brush,

wipe it with ur fingers to make the color look more natural

Anyone have any good makeup tips to make eyes amazing? I'll accept anything!?

I have BLUE GRAY eyes, what are some good colors or suggestions to make this SPECIFIC eye color pop? Please say more than just a smokey eye. Thanks...

I have medium long brown hair that looks like it has red and gold highlighs in the sun

    My eyes are blue-gray

    I have fair skin

tips?Anyone have any good makeup tips to make eyes amazing? I'll accept anything!?
Hey! I have the same eye color, hair color and skin tones lol I actually use a lot of golds or pinks ..using colors that match your eyes just blend everything together but the gold with the grey eye looks gorgeous! I usually use volumizing mascara to get length then use gold on my lid, usually a darker gold near the lash line, then sweep white just under your brow! I also use a little white eyeliner in the corner of my eyes to look more awake and fresh and then just a little bit of brown eyeliner on the lower lash line!! It's look amazing!! I just lots of compliments on my eyes! If you want a change then do the same thing but with different shades of pink!Anyone have any good makeup tips to make eyes amazing? I'll accept anything!?
First of all get into the bronze or a light reflecting powder... It gives you a nice glow and is awesome for people with fair skin...

Gold or bronze coloured eye shadows really make blue eyes pop, but go for one with shimmer rather than a matt colour.

First, before applying anything, you need to put a light coat of concealer on you eyelid which will ensure that the colour will last. Apply the shimmer eye shadow, making sure that you bring it all the way into the inner corners of the eye. This will brighten up the eyes a little more. For more drama... use a similar colour but a few shades darker to line the crease in your eyelid with an eyeshadow brush.

After you have done that, use a black liquid eyeliner to line the top lash line. Use a charcoal pencil liner to line the bottom lash line... not the inner one, but where the lashes meet. Finish up with a black smudge proof mascara and you're good to go!

Almay has eyeshadow sets that are specifically made for each eye color. They enhance the natural color of your eyes. Personally, I love smoky eyes and you can play around with other colors instead of black and gray eyeshadows. Although I think that would look best with blue/gray eyes. They would really stand out!

And e.l.f. Cosmetics has ';eye brightener'; eyeshadow sets and they are only $1!!!

Also, I saw that Covergirl has a new mascara called ';exact eyelights'; which is supposed to make your eyes 4x brighter! I can't wait to try it!!!

liquid eyeliner on top. silvery/white on the inner corners of your eyes and below your brows for highlight. Curl lashes, apply some light brown to make the blue eyes pop. Shade in your brows, and apply mascara. Light pink lips would keep people focus on the eyes.
i would go for chocolate brown/ dark green/ dark gold colors for the eyes it will make them really pop.

use a good mascara too, mascara always brings out the eyes.
    curl your lashes

a lot of black eyeliner under your eye and right above your lases

put on a lot of mascara

    maybe some shear sparkly shadow

    some black shadow
use blue eyeshadows; all shades of them

and use black liner on your lower and upper lids

and wear 3 coats of mascara
wow i have blue/green/grey eyes and i do it put heavy black

it looks soo amzing makes my eyes stand out.

    gives a good contrast.

    Black hair,hazel eyes...makeup tips?

my eyes are hazel...olive green with gold/orange. my hair is right at my shoulders in the back, and on top of my shoulders in the front.i keep it dyed black because it brings out my eyes extremely well.i usually keep my makeup simple..brown eyeshadow, black liner, clear gloss.i want to try something different but im not sure what i should try.i love both bright and neutral colors but im not sure which would look best.im 16 so i want something that looks fresh and young.any advice is appreciated. :)Black hair, hazel eyes...makeup tips?
if youve every tried the smokey look try it but add some colour into it somewhere or use colour for all of it

Colour would look really good with your eyes and stick to colours like, brown, black, gold, small amounts of orange, pink, purple, and blue.

try this look, you can also change the colors

    -apply foundation and concealer

-apply a blue eyeliner just under the lower lash line

-do the same above the top lash line

-apply a brown eyeliner to the very inner corner very thinly around your tear duct

-apply a warm brown into the crease of the eye

    -apply black mascara

    -apply a redish lip gloss

-apply a bronzer lightly to the cheek bones

hope this helps you xBlack hair, hazel eyes...makeup tips?
I can't say that I'm an expert but I can give you the advice that was given to me by my hair stylist when she was dying my hair at one point and it's really worked for me but my eyes are a little darker than yours and they change a lot so I don't know how well it would work for you. No harm in trying though right?

Anyway, if you put some white (yes white) eyeliner on your top lid and a darker colour on the bottom (I actually use a black glitter eyeliner that I got from hot topic, it really works and the glitter brings a lot of attention to my eyes too) it'll make your eyes pop. So you could try that and if you do lemme know how it works out for ya! :D
Try lilac tones! I did it and it brings the most beautiful combination on your eyes, and dar hair, skip the eyeliner for a softer look, or shimmery and try different tones as sometimes it can be too strong, you dont want to look like if you got a black eye! lol At night you can play with the smoky look. I don't know wha'ts your skin completion but if you see the second/third picture you can see how nice it looks in tanned/darker complexions and even lighter ones. I think it's a nice and fresh look.

Put a dot of pale green/gray in the corner of your eyes. Then, apply soft brown or gold shadow on the rest of the lid. Then, use a soft brown shadow on the outer corners. You get a soft smoky with a hint of light at the corners and it makes hazel eyes really show. Use a dark, dark brown/ or jet black eye liner to finish.
    try bronzer and shimmers....

it gives warmth to pale skin perfect for summer!

to start off, shimmer cubes pallette 16 (body shop) for the eyes,

for the cheeks use 10 bronzing and highlighting face dou (benefit cosmetics) and to top it off, burt's bees honey lip balm...

    you go gurl!
I have the same problem. Finding make up to match my skin tone is a nightmare. I suggest using MAx Factor products and try some greens or blues. :)

What are some makeup tips that open your eyes?

i have very dark bown eyes, and i usually wear eye liner on the bottom but it closes my eye too much, and when i don't wear eye liner on the bottom if looks so bare. if i don't put any on the bottom i put liquid on the top lid but i don't have a very big lid so it just looks like i have black eye shadow on. any ideas would be greatly appreciated thanks! :)What are some makeup tips that open your eyes?
    1) Curl your eyelashes

    2) Put a light coloured or shimmery eyeshadow on your lid

    3) Put some white eyeliner on your waterline

    4) Put eyeliner of your choice (there are many alternatives to black: navy, green, brown, grey, aubergine) on the bottom lashline not waterline. Only going about half/three-quarters of the way along makes them pop, especially with the white eyeliner. If i wasn't very clear then what i mean is starting from the outer corner of the lashline carry the line til you're about half/three quarters of the way along.

    5) Black eyeliner along your top lashline, but only so it's barely there-just a very thin line.

    6) Lots of mascara! I've read that to make eyes look bigger only put mascara on the top lashes. Also using a super black mascara makes the white of your eyes look even whiter, which i think opens up the eye.

Sorry this is quite a lot but i have the same problems with my eyes and this works for me.

xWhat are some makeup tips that open your eyes?
    1. apply a white eyeliner to your waterline as well as using it to tightline the upper lash line. ( followed by tightlinig with a black eyeliner on the upper lash line)

    2. when applying liner on the lower lashline only apply it about a 1/4 of the way and smudge or blend it into a brighter color like a bright white ( ie phloof, ricepaper, dazzlelight eyeshadows by MAC) which is applied to inner corner

    3. wear 1/4 length false lashes on the end of your lashes it usually will give the illusion of pulling up the lashes on the end opening up the eye more

    4. Use eye drops to whiten the eye, use something like fast response eye cream or strobe cream to brighten and wakeup the whole face.
When applying mascara a lot of people seem to think that your only supposed to get the tip of your eyelash, but only doing just the tip just ways down the eyelash start from the lid and go over the whole eyelash bringing it up to open

white eyeliner on the inside up your lower lid if you know what I mean by that

when applying eyeshaddow do a darker shade on the outer sides of your lid and do lighter toward your nose

I've also noticed that only applying dark eyeliner to your upper lid opens your eyes a lot
instead of wearing liner on the roots and the base of the lower lashes, try putting on a brown-ish black or brown liner on the inner lids. only go three quarters in, then line the rest with a white or silver liner. curl your lashes, and line the top very thinly with the same liner. then use a brown or clear mascara. or you can put on a white shadow over the liner on the top if thats what looks good.
I have dark eyes too and I know just what you're talking about. Try putting eyeliner on just the outer corners of your eyes. This will open up your eyes and make them seem bigger. Start from the outer corner and work your way in until the halfway point. Fade it at the halfway point so that it doesn't look so severe. This look works better with smokier liners than solid ones. It would never work with liquid, but try blues, purples, browns, blacks, etc.

    Good luck!
white eyeliner on your inner bottom, thin pencil natural looking line on top, one bottom coat on your bottom lashes, go crazy on the top lashes, the bigger the better since you won't be wearing so much liner.white eyeshadow on the inner corner of your eyes( or light shimmer/highlighter), anything else is up to you.
Wear A Load of Liquid Eye Liner On Your Top Lid, And A Little On The Bottom, Try To Curve The Top Lid Eye Line It Makes Your Eyes Look More Open Towards The Center Of Your Eye. Try Using Different Colours As well Like Blue. Wear Mascara As well, I Use Rimmel London Something Something Forgot What It's Called But It's Really Good.

    Good Luckk x
Putting white eyeliner on your waterline :]

Normally putting liquid eyeliner on your top lid does make it look like you have black eyeshadow but when you look down people just realise. Not sure there's anything you can do about that afraid.
wear white/shimmery eyeshadows right benath your brow, then use more brown shadings along the lid and blend; also use a concealer stick beneath your eyes, it will just brighten the area a bit

also use mascara the ';lengthens'; the look of your lashes
    wear alot on the top

    with little on the bottom

if you wear heavy eyemake up on the bottom

if lifts your eyes down and makes them look tired

so flick liquid eyeliner up; %26amp; lots and lots of mascaraaa :)
Try wearing black eyeliner on the top lid and the bottom then allot of mascara on the bottom then a little bit on the top don't over do with the eyeliner though.
    Hey Girl,

I heard Tara Banks on her talk show say that when her eyes look tired or closed white eye liner makes them pop.

But i want to wear makeup.

Any tips??What would be good makeup tips for people with very large eyes?
i think using black eyeliner would help.maybe even some mascara. anything black because those things ususally make eyes look smaller. What would be good makeup tips for people with very large eyes?
using dark(black)eyeliner and making it look realy bold :)
I'd say make the most of them! Big eyes will look amazing wiv the right colours! If your eye colour is dark, use blues! If you have light coloured eyes use browns! I think these will help bring ur colour out more. I could be more precise but i dont know ur eye colour! Hope this helps- but watch ur skin tone, make sure it looks right.
Depends if you want to emphasize or de-emphasize them.

To emphasize them, use a white liner in the corners of the eyes, and black or brown towards the outside. If your eyelashes are light, use a brown mascara. If they're dark use black. Then dust on a bit of shadow in a color that works with your eyes.

To take the emphasis off of them, just leave them alone and play up something else, like your lips.
you r just like me.i use a dark eye shadow like ocean blue or emarald green, for lipstick i use red to make my lips pop out,and mascara and liquid eyeliner.
go with a pale back color such as tan/brown then inside the crease to the outside in a swoop use a darker brown but not dark dark or a pale green or blue then a thin line of brown/black liner on top to 3/4 in(not all the way to inside corner) try a liner inside bottom this narrows the eye, but gives a more dramatic look. Mascara in 2-3 strokes so it's not so thick. Make up should enhance your beauty not be the only statement you make. So change it to heavier deeper richer for nights/dates and light almost as if you have none on for day. Hope you love it.
Black eye liner that makes it look smaller!! =]

    Use gold tones, or browns.

Or, buy white eyeliner and put it in your waterline. and then put your regular eyeliner on the outer rim.

I learned that from the tyra banks show ohh yheahhh lol
    Try purple on your eyes.
eyeliner used in the right way tho!!
thaat girl said purple, STAY AWAY FROM TRASHY COLORS!!!! tans and neutrals are best when used right, i too have brown eyes i start with a light pink on my inner lid [the side closed to the nose] and work it out lighter to the other side of the eye then from the middle i pull out brown pulling it out sharply to even lenght of where my eyeliner is then below the eyebrow i blend in a light cream color go over again with my eyeliner and top it off with good mascara [a good mascara will help ALOT becuase the nicer your eyelashes are the more they accentuate your eyes]

Could u suggest me an eye cream that works better for drak circles and the tips for makeup?

Most of the time, the dark circles under the eyes are either caused by a lack of sleep, sinus/allergy inflammation, or poor nutrition. Covering the area with concealer works to hide it, but it doesn't help the problem, and if used daily, it can cause wrinkles to appear earlier than normal (concealer is thick and heavy on the skin). I have found that when I have these, using a witch hazel astringent compress for about 15 minutes helps. It is available at any grocery store, pharmacy, or large discount store (Wal-Mart) for about $2. I try to do this at least a couple of times a week to keep my eyes from looking tired, and it does help. Just take a cosmetic cotton pad, squirt the astringent on, lay it on your eyes (taking care not to get it in your eyes), and then lay back and relax for a little bit. It should do the trick! You may also want to get on a good multivitamin, get some rest, and if you have allergy problems, take whatever medication you would normally use for your allergies. Keep the makeup light in that area.Could u suggest me an eye cream that works better for drak circles and the tips for makeup?
Cosmetic eye creams only have a limited effect of dark circles.

Dark circles have a number of causes, including:

    * lack of sleep *dehydration * genetics.

Use a yellow concealer (neutralizes blue tones), then cover that with skin colored concealer, and put your foundation(liquid or cream makeup) over that. Set with loose powder.

Physicians Formula makes a great concealer combo that has the yellow and skin tone side-by-side in a single compact. For foundation I use Almay clear complexion, and for the loose powder I use Loreal. Use a loose powder that has some light reflecting qualities, it instantly brightens.

As for an eye cream to get rid of them, I like anything by Loreal, Oil of Olay, or Ponds. They all work pretty well.
ok, i cant remember a cream 4 dark circles, but one thing that works is, if you add shimmer powder to a pale foundation and rub it under your eyes. it works fab on me!!!! (lol) also wear pale eye shadow!
Useful information to find the best dark circle eye cream.

There is an overwhelming amount of dark circles eye cream in the market today. So many that consumers wonder which ones actually work. Below, we have provided you with useful information to help you find the best dark circles eye cream. You will learn what factors to consider when finding the best dark circle eye cream and the most effective ingredients to remove dark circles.

What to look for in a good dark circle eye cream?

Many people believe that a good moisturize will work against wrinkles and dark circles. The fact is they're wrong. A good moisturizer will never substitute for a good dark circle eye cream.

What consumers should look for in obtaining the best dark circle eye cream are ones which not only target dark circles but also have active anti-aging ingredients, such as Palmitoyl oligopeptide and Palmitoyl tetrapeptide-3. This way, the skin under the eyes is kept fresh and rejuvenated.

Another major component a good dark circle eye cream should have are ingredients which protect blood vessels around the eye. These vasoprotective ingredients will prevent dark circles caused by blood vessel breakage. Last, effective dark circles eye cream ingredients should not cause burning or stinging in the eye. Let's take a look at the best active ingredients in a dark circle eye cream.

    Key factors to consider:

    Anti aging ingredients

Does not sting or burn eyes

    Vasoprotective ingredients

What are the best active ingredients for dark circles?

Most dark circles eye creams contain common ingredients like Vitamin E and cucumber extract. Although these ingredients improve the condition of the skin, they are not powerful enough to deliver noticing results.

The most effective dark circles eye creams will have advanced powerful ingredients like Hesperidin methyl chalcone, Palmitoyl oligopeptide and Palmitoyl tetrapeptide-3. Together these ingredients work to diminish broken blood vessels under the skin which cause dark under eye circles and stimulate collagen production to repair flaws like fine lines and wrinkles. The results are radiant eyes and smoother younger looking skin. Below is a list of the most advanced ingredients to remove stubborn dark circles.

Hesperidin methyl chalcone: Hesperidin helps to reduce tiny blood vessels in the skin around your eyes from breaking and leaking. This leakage causes dark bruises or what you know as dark circles.

Palmitoyl oligopeptide and Palmitoyl tetrapeptide-3: These peptides work to stimulate collagen production in the skin. Increased collagen production helps diminish fine lines and wrinkles around the eye area. Skin is younger and smoother looking.

Retinyl palmitate: This retinoid is a form of Vitamin A that works to speed up the metabolism of the skin cells. It helps regenerate new skin cell growth which leads to radiant and rejuvenated skin.

Chrysin: Chrysin is an anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory. It works as a vasorelaxant; which helps prevent proper blood flow around the eye. This helps prevent blood vessels from breaking and bruising and also enhances the effects of hesperidin.

Remember, advanced ingredients are crucial in delivering optimal results. Dermalex-MD has a list of proven advanced ingredients which work in combination to remove dark circles and diminish fine lines and wrinkles. Its gentle ingredients are also specially formulated for the delicate skin around the eyes.

Try Avon under-eye lighten up cream. If u want immediate solution, use a nice concealer, a shade lighter than ur foundation when applying make-up to cover the area.

It depends on whether u want full makeup 4 a function or a fast daily makeup. For the day, skip foundation and use loose powder all over ur face. Apply light eye-shadow, liner and mascara on ur eyes, blusher on ur cheecks and gloss on ur lips. For the night, use concealer under the eyes, at the corners of ur nose and lips. Apply foundation all over your face including the lids of ur eyes. Dust ur face with loose powder. Then apply eye-shadow of ur choice, eye-liner and mascara. Apply blusher at the cheek apples. Apply a lip-liner followed by lipstick. Kiss a tissue paper to blot the lipstick and apply another layer of lipstick followed by a gloss. This ensures that ur lipstick lasts long even after drinking and eating.
yeah i use CG Smoothers for dark circles under my eyes, it works really well. an extra tip is to keep it in the fridge until you're ready to use it, because apply cold things underneath your eyes helps to get rid of the circles as well. good luck =)
Jo Malone Green Tea %26amp; Honey eye cream. It is a British brand so I usually order it on eBay =) It is the best one I've come across and I've tried a lot of brands.

Any makeup tips for big eyes?

i have big eyes and i want to make them look smaller.

any tips on what type of makeup to buy? its going to be my first time buying makeup!! thanks for answering my questionAny makeup tips for big eyes?
Stick with dark shadows, liners, and mascara,

****this is what i do sometimes if i want to make my eyes more narrow****

Line both the top and bottom rims with black liner. Smudge the liner in the outer corners of your eyes (a little!). 路 Apply a thin line of black eye shadow over the eyeliner for emphasis. Dark shadow on the crease of your eye. Blend as needed. 路 Finish off with mascara.Any makeup tips for big eyes?
you do realize that 99.9% of women use makeup to try to get their eyes to look bigger right? wish i had your problem!

i've heard that lining your eyes on both the top and bottom makes them look smaller. also try a very subtle eye and a darker lip, to draw attention away from the top of your face.

though i don't see why you'd want to do that, big eyes are gorgeous!!
Big eye are considered more beautiful, just so you know. But black eyeliner in the waterliner makes them look squinty.

I have very large blue/green eyes and i cant pull it off.

They aren't round, more like a very large almond.
If you want to make eyes smaller use black eyeliner. This creates the smaller looking effect while for larger looking eyes , white eyeliner needs to be used.

PS: definitely agree with the person below as big eyes are most beautiful!
You're lucky, I think big eyes are the best. I have small ones already... Use black eyeliner, I think that would help.

In need of makeup tips for blue eyes & blue dress?

I am going to a party and I am wearing a navy blue dress and I have blue eyes and porcelain skin. I need some makeup ideas for how to make my eyes pop! Pictures of examples would be AWESOME!In need of makeup tips for blue eyes %26amp; blue dress?
Go for a brown colour eyeshadow, this colour will make ur blue eyes pop. use a brown eyeliner, but dont go too brown- so go for a black mascara. only do eyeliner under the lashes or in inner bit half way so ur eyes dont look too small. use a natural looking pink for blush %26amp; keep the lips neutral or light pinkIn need of makeup tips for blue eyes %26amp; blue dress?
hey there! i also have pale skin and blue eyes. i used to wear a lot of blue gowns for pageants, and i would always go with a smokey eye. remember to keep a glossy nude lip...

here is my smokey eye...step by step and simple as can be...

start with a thin layer of shadow base or eye primer

black or dark grey shadow in the shape of a sideways V on the corner of the eye, working into the crease with a flat shadow brush (i use merle norman shadow in ebony and palladio flat shadow brush)

lighter grey shimmer shadow over the lid with a contour shadow brush, blending into the first darker shade (mac idol eyes is my favorite for this step, with a mark contour brush)

silvery/champagne shimmer shadow under the brow bone and dotted on inner corners of eyes with full shadow brush (merle norman shadow in sun beam with avon shader brush)

black liner all the way across top lid, slightly thicker on outer edges, and 3/4 way across bottom (avon glimmersticks liner in blackest black)

sweep thin line of medium shimmer grey under lower lash line, below and slightly over black liner

curl lashes and add 2 coats of volumizing black mascara (maybelline volum' express turbo boost 7Xs mascara in black)

-you can also do a smokey eye with shades of brown, purple, green... any color. but greys will go best with what you are wearing.

stila (at sephora) has a smokey eye kit that has 4 shadows in a palette...push a tiny button and a voice speaks instructions to you. there is also a holographic image of an eye that shows where the different shades go when you turn it. 30-something $$$

for drugstore palettes, try revlon, loreal, covergirl and maybelline. i know all of those lines carry them, but not sure of the names. avon also has a shadow quads. ';sueded nudes'; is a good one for browns, and ';smokey eyes'; is good for greys, although the greys are on the lighter side. you could also try ';fresh cut greens'; and ';vintage violets';.

    good luck and have fun!!!

For black, smoky eyes that POP:

    1. Apply black eyeliner around whole eye (on the inside edge).

    2. Then apply black eyeshadow on lids.

    3. Also apply light highlighter to upper eye (under eyebrows) to make that POP.

    4) Add mascara. (2 coats)

    5) Put on other make up. (NATURAL lips and cheeks)

I think that this will look super cute.

    Have fun at your party!
mascara, maybe a dark blue eyeshadow- like navy- and some eyeliner applied to the outer bottom edge of your eye and on your tope rim to about 2/3 along. Black eyeliner would probably be best unless you can find a dark blue one?

Perhaps not something exactly like this but along the lines?

    Choosing An Eyeshadow

These colors are some of the most popular for green eyes.

Try different browns, especially chocolate tones. Browns and dark greens with copper or gold highlights are also a great choice.

Apricots and taupes are good choices for highlighters.

Dark purples, plums and metallics work too. Coppers and golds will make a really glamorous evening look for makeup tips for green eyes. I personally really like the way deep purples look with dark green eyes.

    Colors To Avoid

When you're learning makeup tips for green eyes, it also helps to know what colors you might want to avoid.

First up, blues. Any color of blue doesn't do green eyes justice. I would recommend avoiding light blues, dark blues and even some colors (purples or pinks) with blue undertones.

Pinks are also a hard color to judge. Some can look really, really good and others can look really, really bad. This is usually a matter of trial and error.

Silvers are not a good choice either. Leave them for the blue eyes.

    Eyeliner Colors

Unless you really like black eyeliner, it's usually a color to avoid. Try steely grays or chocolate browns. Use gold or white to open up the eye if your eyes are small.

    The Rule Of Thumb

A good rule of thumb when choosing a color for makeup tips for green eyes is to focus on warm colors and avoid cool colors.

Like I said, there are exceptions to every rule, but this should provide a nearly fail-safe method for choosing eyeshadow colors to bring out the beauty of your green eyes.

    The Application

How you apply your eyeshadow depends how many colors you're wearing and what the occasion is.

For basic every day wear, here's what you do.

    1. Apply a highlighter like crystalline to the entire eye from the bottom of the crease to the eyebrow.

    2. Use a taupe or apricot next and apply it to the whole eyelid and blend it just above the crease with the crystalline.

    3. Then use your third color (chocolate brown, dark green, copper, etc.) and apply it one of two ways:

    a. Apply it from the middle of your eyelid from the eyelash to just above the crease. Blend it well. You can even blend it under the lower lashes for a more dramatic look.

    b. Apply it from the inner corner of your eyelid and sweep it out to the outer corner of your eye. It will get thicker the further out you go. Blend well.

    4. Apply eyeliner and mascara as you normally would.

And there you go! Great makeup tips for green eyes.
Golden tones are great. Here are a few products that I have used on green eyed girls in the past.

Mac: AMber Lights eyeshadow-I used this as a liner. Also, bark is a really good one to use in your crease.

The Best i found is Origins Copper Penny and Rootbeer Floar. The copper penny is really pretty on your lid and Rootbeer float is a burgundyish color but does not look as dark on as it appears in the container. Mascara, cover girl makes a good one. I cannot remember what the name is but it is in a red tube and has a plastic wand. I like it because it does not clump.

Eyeliner, Mac Fluidline has a great brown liner. Use it in moderation though. Please email me if you have any other questions!
black mascara, ';eggplant'; eyeliner, light green eyeshadow, tan eyeshadow, peach/pink/orange eyeshadow, dark purple eyeliner top lid and bottom (very, very little on the bottom you dont want it to thick.

i have alot of experience, plus i had green, blue and purple contacs. when i wear green the colors listed look really well
I have green eyes, and I have found that a very light, grey/purple (almost taupe) looks the best on me. I also wear light brown, but while that makes my eyes look bigger, the slightly purple color makes the green ';greener.'; Buy the ';berry'; palette in L'Oreal and use the lighter purple. It's great.
    Mascara: Black.

Eyeliner: Black. Around your eyes, put a thicker layer on top, but a thinner layer on the bottom.

Eyeshadow: Gold and brown generally stand out. Think 'nature colors'. Darker colors work if your eyes are bright green.
Ughh same problem(i also have green eyes)

    What I do is:

-Use black eyeliner and put it on really light

-Use black mascara(but i think its too much so either choose between mascara or eyeliner)

-Then I heard that purple brings out the green in your eyes

    =D
Look for a raisan colored eyeliner (pencil) like a brownish purple, put both on top and bottom of lids right where your lashes grow out from eyes and then rub w/the spongy tip on other end of pencil. then use black mascara!!
black mascara, purple eyeline always look sweet on people with green eyes, and then finish off with a light silvery color, but not toooo much, :D
Rose and pink liners and shadows for one, always compliment green. So do brown and autumn shades.
purpley brown colors. a little eyeliner. Sometimes like a dark peach will work too. those'll all make your eyes pop, with mascara of course.
I think pink eye shadow, black eyeliner and mascara.

LASH BLAST mascara is the best! :)
gold or silver eyeshadows, a little blue eyeliner and black mascara.
use black eyeliner and mascara. A light color eyeshadow would bring out your eyes.
    tips are in www.jmbeautytips.com
    Purples!
brown makeup. like brown shadows and black eye liner/mascara
well um if u have green eyes you could put silvery eyeshadow on! IDK really
i use a gray liner..it seems to make my eyes pop
you should wear green clothes and wear light makeup
    You have blue!
idk. ive been wondering the same thing!

dont use so much eyeliner that it takes over all the color...i think it looks really bad
okay well say ur wearing blue okay so you start out with a darker blue on the inside of your eye then work it out to a lighter brighter blue. white in the inner and under ur brow and there you go not so hard.

What are good makeup tips for my eyes?
If you can take a picture of yourself in the right lighting, I would suggest to do so. There are many websites with virtual makeovers. I am an independent consultant for Mary Kay and have a personal virtual makeover. If you are interested take a look at website and once you have done your makeover you can submit to me and I will be glad to send you some free samples for you to try. I can send you several combination palette samples and maybe it will help you decide on colors.
This may not be the answer you are looking for, but I'd suggest going to the MAC counter (Nordstroms and some Macys). Their make up artists are very knowledgeable and will help you achieve the look you are seeking. Their make up is fantastic, long wearing and does not break your wallet!

Makeup tips for blue eyes black hair and fair skin?

i have blue eyes, full lips, black hair, and very fair skin. what kinds of makeup should i use? and what kinds of colors are best? how would i put it on for the best impact?Makeup tips for blue eyes black hair and fair skin?
Foundation. Add this to even out our skin and make it look perfect.

Black eyeliner under and just above the eye lid,

with mascara on the top and bottom of lashes

will do the trick to make your eyes noticeable in a beautiful way.

But really before doing that add some eye shadow,

Since you have pretty fair skin nothing too light,

    but nothing too dark.

Now I would go for a mix of pink and brown blush,

just simply add it on your cheekbones to give your face a nice, warm, glow.

Finally add a bit of gloss and i would try a light pink to finish your look.Makeup tips for blue eyes black hair and fair skin?
I think lavender on the lids will make your eyes look bluer. Pick a lavender that looks natural. A dark rose lipstick might be nice.
Around the eyes brown liner and brown liquid liner..

basically brown thats what i think...

    soft pink lip gloss...
RED LIPSTICK! It makes your luscious lips stand out from your pale skin. Then just use black eyeliner!
use blue as the colour of ur eyeshadow and black eyeliner and pink gloss
    blue black

    Blue eyes are awesome!

So you should really use make up that will bring them out.

The trick is to blend your eyeshadows.

Use different color combinations that will look really great.

These are the color combos that bring out blue eyes:

    1) Icy Pink and Fuschia

    2) Light and Dark Turquoise

    3) Taupe and Green

    4) Gold and Taupe

And, also what better way to bring out blue eyes then with blue itself?

Try a charcoal eyeliner with navy blue mascara. Or a navy eyeliner with jet black mascara.

You can also do different eyeliner combos.

Like light blue on bottom, dark blue on top.

Silver on bottom, black on top.

Experiment and see what you get compliments on.

    Here are some good sites.

This rule has always helped me... darker eyes such as brown, black, and some greens will always look better with brighter jewel-toned eyeshadows. Lighter eyes, like blue, light green, and gray look better with neutral-toned shadows like browns and grays and creams. Sometimes it's hard to walk through the makeup aisle and NOT pick up the turquoises and pinks but I don't recommend it, it will only make you look childish. Blue eyes are bright themselves, you never want to use intese makeup colors as they will drown out the natural beauty of your eye color. However, experiment with colors like greens, navys, mauves and dark silvers. I personally think blue eyes look nice with a light brown shadow, it really makes them ';pop';. Try going to your local drug store and look at Almay's aisle, they have makeup combos specifically for your eye color. As far as other makeup, less is more (I know that gets old to hear!). Try getting a powder foundation with a concealer stick instead of slathering on liquid foundation. And blush, sweep it under your cheek bones to make them appear higher and more defined, and use it on top if the cheekbone to highlight them if you were blessed with naturally high cheekbones. Never over-do it on the amount. If you're fair-haired, you will look better with pinks, dark haired girls look better with mauves and bronzes.
The brand Almay actually has an entire line for eye colors, which of course included blue! I LOVE the one for my eyes, brown, it's very good quality and really does look good. I suggest buying the kits and trying them out. You can buy them anyplace that sells Almay, which for me is drugstores (CVS) and grocery stores.
For the eyes try a smoky look.
Well, I know where you are comming from. Brown looks nice, but not too dark. With eye liner, you might stay away from the black. Try brown. I also use, (for special occasions) an eye liner htat is blue, purple, or green. Good luck.
Try wearin a contrastin eye shadow...ur sum-m light lyke pale pink, blue, green, ur mauve. Ur type it in Google.
    Eyeshadow!

I want to make my eye color stand out.

People say I have really pretty, and big eyes.

I think so too, so I want to make them pop.

Any tips?Have makeup tips for brown eyes?
I have brown eyes so I know what works for me, it compliments my eyecolor and makes them stand out.

I usually do a lightbrown all over my eyelid.

Use a darker shade of brown for the crease of your eye.

Use a white/light shimmer right under your eyebrow-this will help them appear open.

If you want-I usually don't-dark brown eyeliner on upper lid.

Use a dark brown liner on the bottom of your eye.

Finish with a black lengthening mascara and tease the outer lashes.

HOWEVER if you want to use different colors-use the same application only use blue shadows and a dark blue liner. This will really make them pop because it's a contrast color. Have Fun!Have makeup tips for brown eyes?
use dark or light blue, or a dark or light green, to make your brown eyes stand out both of these colors go great with brown eyes.
get green eye makeup. it may sound crazy but it goes well with brown eyes and you can add some black or brown eyeliner if u dont want something as bold
well i have borwn eyes too and i mix a peach color with brown and gold and people always tell me how pretty my eyes are! so i hope i helped!!
Dark Purple or Plum eyeliner, done as a cat eye, with gold eyeshadow.

I am getting bored with my eyes; makeup tips? Not too heavy? Advice?

My boyfriend says that I do not need makeup, but what does he know?! Makeup is fun. I just want to try something new. What should I do? I have gigantic eyes, so I'm not sure what exactly I should do to them. Thanks!

Sephora sells a Stila smokey eye kit which comes with directions (both written and recorded). It's $40, and has everything but the mascara, and comes in 3 colors.
    wow ur eye r pretty

u should use lots of shades of gold

and brown eye liner and mascara
um nothing...those huge eyes are pretty enough
try a gold color over a brown,

it makes the brown light, so it wont look bad,

    and do little eyeliner.
stick with wearing black eyeliner on the top and bottom and brown mascara.. it works wonders. you'll look like an exotic persian gal. :-)
add some somkey eyes start with green then a lil black at the end with sum thin eyeliner !

Is there any makeup tips that can make eyes appear larger?

I'm looking for makeup tips to make my eyes look larger, and also which eye shadow colors goes best with brown eyes. Thank you! Is there any makeup tips that can make eyes appear larger?
Always curl lashes before applying mascara. You can actually curl lashes AFTER mascara is applied, as long as your mascara is dried (a good tip to know if you want to curl your lashes later in the day without removing your mascara).

Don't forget your bottom lashes. For years I avoided mascara on them until a makeup expert showed me how much mascara on my lower lashes really make my eyes pop. I rarely go without now. To apply mascara on lower lashes, hold the brush vertically, then sweep it back and forth.

Individual false lashes are exotic, gorgeous and can look natural if applied correctly. Large cities offer ';lash bars'; in the hottest department stores. If they're too long, you can trim them with scissors.

For a doe-eyed, seductive look lining your lower lids with a creamy white eye pencil.

White liner may sound odd, but it really opens up the eye. You can also try putting it on the inside corner of both your upper and your lower lids.

Another way to open up eyes is to skip the white eyeliner and opt instead for a platinum highlighter. Dot along the browbone, then blend in. Apply highlighter at the inner corners of your eyes. Follow with eye shadow.

Make sure your brows are manicured. Until you get your brows professionally waxed, tweezed or threaded, you won't realize how much they affect the rest of your face. Cleaning up your brow line of stray hairs, adding a slight arch and filling in sparse spots are key to making eyes look much larger.

I find once you get a professional brow job, you can do it yourself for a few months using the pro job as a ';map'; of where to tweeze. To keep brows in place, try a clear eyebrow gel, clear mascara or just spritz a bit of hairspray onto an old toothbrush and brush brows in perfect place.

    --------------------------------------鈥?br>

If you are Asian and have small eyes like me, you probably have tried different methods to make your eyes look larger. What makes it more of a reason to do so is if you also have single eyelids. This is because most Asians have more of a fatty deposit in the area between their eyebrows and their eyelids. I have found that there a few different tricks you can do to create a look that will make your eyes appear more large and dramatic.

First, line your eyes with a waterproof or long lasting eyeliner preferably in black, which creates a more dramatic look. You will want to line the rims of your eyes (the inside portion of eye above the bottom lashes and the portion of the eye below the top lashes). You could either use an eye pencil or a liquid eyeliner. I have found that with a liquid eyeliner it is easier to line the top portion of the inner rim of your eye, but can be more difficult when lining the portion above your top lashes and the inner rim portion of your bottom lashes unless you have continuous practice and maintain a steady hand. An eye pencil is much easier to use, but may not be as bold as liquid eyeliner if you are looking for a more dramatic look.

Next, use a lengthening and volumizing mascara in the darkest color available and apply as many coats necessary or desired to create a more dramatic look. I have noticed that if you have sparse lashes there really is no need to apply mascara on your bottom lashes since there are so few anyway and the eyeliner will have already filled in the effect. Also, I noticed that if you let your lashes dry in between every few coats, the dramatic look will build more quickly and effectively instead of piling one coat after another continuously and you end up having those awful ';spider leg'; looking lashes.

Is there any makeup tips that can make eyes appear larger?
Placing a dark liner or shadow on the outer corners of the eyes (on both the bottom and top lids) will make you eyes appear larger. Just make sure you're only doing it on the outer fourth of the eye and no more. Also, place the shadow or liner as close to your lashline as possible. Using a white or off-white liner in your waterline will also help your eyes appear larger. And of course, mascara.

Brown eyes can pull pretty much any color off...just play with plums, bronzes, and forest greens to start out with.
Too heavy eyeliner can make your eyes appear smaller. On your top lash line, apply eyeliner from about the center of your eyelid to the outer corner. I always wing my eyeliner which (on my eye shape) always looks hot.

All my sisters have brown eyes, and from what I've seen any color can look hot on brown. Purple really accentuates brown eyes, but make sure you have a flattering shade :)
This is my favorite trick for a no-makeup look that gives you huge eyes.

    1. Line your upper lid only with white eyeliner. Blend well.

    2. Curl your lashes, then apply black mascara. I love Givenchy Phenomen'eyes, but I also like L'oreal Voluminous in Carbon Black.

    3. Put a tiny dot of clear lip gloss right on your brow bone. Make sure it's not super-sticky.

For brown eyes, I LOVE gold/bronze shades of eye shadow, but purples and greens would be lovely, too.
apply light color around the lash line and brow line...even around the tear duct. sweep neutral color in the middle/crease. then use a darker neutral (i like a burgundy) from the middle of the crease to the outer edge, fanning towards teh last line. Use ultra-think liner super close to your last line and one the inside of the lower lid, then do two coates of mascara w/ a curler, fanning the lashes out and up.
for the eyes i heard applying white eyeliner will make your eyes seem larger..and for the brown eyes question, i have brown eyes and i think Amethyst goes great!

this one is from Sephora a bit pricey for me but maybe you really like this brand

    i hope this helps!
Liquid eyeliner around your top eyelashes and NONE on the bottom will make them look larger, and also volume mascara. And brown eyes can almost pull off anything. I think they look best with: purples, pinks, browns, earthy greens, turquoise, and black. Try to avoid: white, blues, and yellows.
Try applying white eyeliner in your lower water line. Be careful though, this is a very sensitive area and it is almost touching your eye. I think a golden hazelnut goes well with brown eyes, you don't want too much contrast between your eye color and your eyeshadow.
Brown eyes just about go with every color you can imagine. Put thin white eyeliner on to make your eyes seem bigger and use mascara.
Dark balck eyeliner can do that

any makeup tips to make them look bigger?

I have dark dark brown eyes.I have small eyes. Makeup tips ? :)?
    Hey,

You should definitely avoid dark colors, and things like black eyeliner. You could try out light/pastel colored eye shadows, things like that.

Good luck [:I have small eyes. Makeup tips ? :)?
Put a bit of white eyeliner/shadow whateverr works best on the inside bit of your eye. Then prime it, I would suggest Benefit's f.y.eye. Then use a colour that will contrast with your eye colour, eg. if you have blue eyes, use browns to draw attention to the eyes. If you have brown eyes, I would use purples and pinks or neutral light colours. Then do a thick line of eyeliner (brown or black) on the waterline and underneath the bottom lid. The eyeliner will make your eyes pop and instantly look bigger and bolder. Use a good mascara that gives volume. I suggest Maybelline's COLOSSAL VOLUM' EXPRESS mascara. Add some shimmer underneath the eye, not too much and some on the corners of the eyes and above, on the triangle of the top lid.
I have small eyes, to make them look bigger I put a fine line of liquid eyeliner on the top, and mascara on the lashes to make them look bigger, don't use eye liner on the bottom because it outlines the eyes, making them look the actual size. I wouldnt use white eye liner, it looks off if you have dark skin.

    - Hope it helps %26lt;3
bright colours and a highlighter under your eyebrow will work wonders! also get your hands on a white eye liner and use it on the inner lower lid to make the white of your eye look bigger. avoid black eye liner if you want a bigger look and when your want a smokey look keep in mind it can be done with out using very dark colour too, just play with it until you find a look thats suits you.

    hope this helps :)
jus simply get black liner and put it all around yr eyes btu a thinish line and only on the out side of yr eyes this wil make yr eyes luk much bigger try and c

also do tth but in the inner corner of yr eyes add brightly coloured liners to give ur eye makeup a boost :)
use a brown mascara that isn't too fine but doesn't clog and use it on your top and bottom lashes, and then use a white or silver eyeliner on the inside of your lashes on like the edge bit;; opens them right up.

hope you know what i mean
Use a white eyeliner - this makes eyes seem bigger

    Avoid dark liners
use white eye liner on the bottom and a lighter but never go dark

thanksREPOST... tips to apply eye makeup like this (pic)?
    EYES:

-you may want to start off with a base stick (its not necessary though)

-Soft brown/grey shadow (mixed, used as liner, use a wet eyeliner brush or q-tip to smudge it into your lashline)

-VERY light and soft gold shadow lightly dusted across your whole lid

-curl lashes (if you have really straight lashes and dont have a heated lash curler use your hair dryer to heat up your curler but make sure its not too hot than curl it at the end and beggining of your lashes)

-1 to 2 thin coats of black mascara (or VERY natural looking falsies) on top and bottom

FOR THE REST OF THE FACE (just incase):

    -Concealor (if necessary)

    -light/smooth (probably powder) foundation

-Shes using a peachy colored blush, with orangy undertones, but if your planning on doing this and are not fair skinned try a rosier color

-Slight bronzish/darker gold type shimmer brushed from the cheekbones to the hairline (with a fan brush)

    LIPS:

    - A mauvy/winy/lilacy (its actaully very common to come across) colored lipstick, slight shimmer or sparker

    - minimal to no lipglossREPOST... tips to apply eye makeup like this (pic)?
girl that pic is so far i can see the eye details!!

from what i see she wearing a very dark brown, nor jet black, eyecolour on her lids.

    what u need is:

    eye shadow brush

    eyeliner brush

    pencil brush/tapered round brush

    q-tip

    black/brown mascara

very dark near black eye shadow

light colour near your skin colour for highlights

some form of base like concealer.. child whatever you have thats creamy will work, primer is official tho.

*1 base your entire eye lid

*2 use eyeshadow brush and apply colour from lid to crease.

*3 base the bottom lid, close to your lash line and then apply colour in that area using the eyeliner brush. blend with q-tip if needed.

*4 use dif eyeshadow brush to apply highlighting colour to your brow bone down to the crease of your eye.. blend with the pencil brush in that area for a good transition.

    *5 Mascara

if your feel the need your can apply a THIN eyeliner close to your lashline. liquid/gel preferable
I recommend an eyeliner with a smudger on the other end so you can get a smudgy look.
It's like a smudge look. put your eyeliner on like where your bottom eyelashes are %26amp; then get a tissue and smudge it lightly. Some eyeliners come with a smudger on the end :)

    using bright colors will help.
Black eyeliner is best. Don't use to much though, it will make your eyes look smaller. Mascara that curls your eyelashes might help also.
    Earth colors

    Or Blue Purple Eye shadow.

    Glitter

OOh I need go do some shopping NOW lol
Despite what most people say (that you should wear tons of dark eye make-up) I think that a cleaner, fresher and sexier way to go is really shimmery, light make-up that intinsifies them.

Victoria's Secret and Urban Decay make some of the best glitter eyeshadows out there, and i have dark eyes and I always go for the lighter.

Try golden eye shadows, and big chunky, pastel eye pencils that really make your eyes stand out. However, a fresh, sparkly way to go for a smoky eye would be shimmering silver eyeliner and shadow.

Use the mascara from Covergirl called LASHBLAST LUXE, it has colorful shimmers in it, so it really isn't a big pop of color, but subtle and very 'eye-opening'. It comes in four colors, my fave is Black Cabernet and Black Emerald.

Use colorful mascara with just a little bit of white eyeshadow, that makes a great sexy look that I also like.

Hope you find a great look for you!

My colors too!! That's a classic cool color scheme, as long as she has pale/cool/pink toned skin too. If she has olive toned skin, it's a bit different, but if she is pale or pink toned like me, stick to cool based colors.

Cheeks: peach, rose pink, or hot pink, no browns or beige.

Eyes: I've been doing a nice neutral taupe or light pink eyeshadow with a navy or even brighter blue liner. It makes my eyes pop like crazy.

More generally, soft purples, cooler browns, bronzes and greys will all work well.

Lips: Cool based red for a dramatic look, lighter pinks and peaches for every day. NO WARM LIPS. They'll look gross.

Gloss is the same, stick to pinks, reds, and sheer.
I don't know, but you sound gorgeous.

Since her eyes are blue and she has blond hair have her use exactly opposite colors such as browns, blacks, golds, etc.

Her eyes are a bluish grey. Try some black mascara and a medium or light blue eyeshadow. The combination will make her eye color stand out.
Your friend has light hazel or mint green eyes (by the way they are gorgeous!)

    I WOULD USE:

-a lid bronzer on the eyelids

    -an eyelash curler

    -a nice brown/black mascara

    -a thin black eye pencil

I tell this to everyone, you must moisterize your skin before applying anything to your face. Find one that works with your skin type. Apply your foundation with a brush not a sponge. You a paint pot or shade stick (ones from MAC thats what they are called) or a creme eyeshadow with sheen in it in a natural color on your eyes, apply your eyeshadow, make sure you do a a lighter in the corner of your eyes, than a darker on the outside to create more depth. Get a dark eyeshadow or black, use and eyeliner brush and do the underneath of your eyes. I always just use a neutral tone on my lips, mauve-ish I suppose, but that color works for me. Go into Sephora or MAC store and talk to them.I have really really pale skin and super red cheeks and blueish gray eyes..any makeup tips for me?
Sounds like you might have rosacea? If you're trying to even out your skin tone, then you'll need a greenish concealer. Green concealers are called corrective concealers, cuz they are for specific concealing needs. Green is opposite red on the color wheel, so it effectively neutralizes the red.

Anyways....you'll need a foundation over that. I use LA Minerals (they have the green concealer too) and it's really good stuff. I'd get some samples of the concealer and their fairest shades of foundation and try it.

    http://www.laminerals.com
Go to MAC and talk to them =) they're like totally awesome when it comes to that sort of thing =)

I have dark brown eyes, any good makeup tips?

I really want my eyes to stand out and be just amazing. I'll be going out in the evening. My eyes are dark brown, naturally long black eyelashes, and I have a medium skin complexion. Kinda caramel-ish.

Thanks!I have dark brown eyes, any good makeup tips?
work with wut u have! if u are blessed (like me) with long lashes then just use some clear mascara to seperate them and to give them some shine. if i wear regular mascara i look extremely witchy!

don't use blush since u have caramel-ish skin, maybe use a bit of bronzer but leave ur skin looking fresh not ';done up';. use a good foundation or tinted moisturizer depending on ur skin -whether its clear or blemished! if u have blemishes, redness, dark circles or anything else that might be of a different colour, then use some concealer.

the key is don't use too much. if u have clear skin then just use a tinted moisturizer - foundation isn't always the answer.

with ur eyes, brown eyes look best when they are lined with black liner, lower rim and upper lid! if u are dressing up for an event then line the upper and lower rim but if u are only going out for coffee then use some liner on ur upper lid.

if u are dressing up ur eyes, then make sure u keep ur lips nude with just a bit of shine (not dollops of gloss!), and vicer versa.

but particularly remember this, don't use make up all the time. u are blessed with features and a colour that people normally use make up to achieve. u don't need to use mascara nor do u need to use eyeliner if u are going out for coffee or meeting friends. just some nice shiny lip gloss (i swear by blistex, seriously) will make u look radiat, and if u want a fresh face look, use a tinted moisturizer - i love the Covergirl tinted moisturizer that comes with sunscreen!

hope this helps! enjoy!I have dark brown eyes, any good makeup tips?

I always read in magazines for dark brown eyes use a navy colores eyeliner on top and bottom w/an iridescent silver eyeshadow. You know a good trick? put white eyeliner in the inner rim of your lower eye. Makes your eyes pop. I read someone wrote to try that almay line. don't do it. My friend bought it and they were horrendous colors. I really like Lancome. If you don't want to spend the money then try Loreal. They make nice stuff as well.
almay makes a line of eye makeup that compliments each color of eyes. they make coordinating eyeliner and eyeshadow just for brown eyes. the colors include purple and browns i think, but just go to your local walmart or whatever, and check out the Almay eye products
use beige eye powder or watever its called

    put blush

use light colors 4 make up
You have good skin color, with that and your eyes use more lively colors like pinks and purples use a dark brown eye liner so that your eyes will pop out and not sink in with alot of darkness, instead of using black mascara use a clear one, you will still get the affect of using the black but you wont darken them even more work with what you have and go from there

You're lucky to have naturally long eyelashes! I have to glue mine on for special occasions! Still, simple black mascara can help you get that more refined look, you don't have to glob it on. A dark brown eyeliner (I use Revlon's Chocolate Brown) or a black eyeliner, with an eyeshadow that's a shade lighter work well. Also make sure your eyebrows are well groomed. You'd be amazed how much your eyebrows can define your face.

You get a silver color or metalic color eye shadow and put that on the inner side of the lid, then add a light metalic blue or purple color, then add a much darker color on the outter lid. Then using a black eyeshadow draw a ';v'; on the outter lid and blend to get that cat eye look. Now put on liquid eyeliner on top lid and curl and put on mascara. Mascara:

    You need a good routine:

1.) Comb your lashes while they're still wet with an eyelash comb. They're inexpensive; I found mine at Traget for two dollars.

2.) Curl your lashes for about 5 minutes with an eyelash curler. These are also common and affordable, mine was 4 bucks.

3.) Apply a primer. These are a bit harder to find, and a tad more expensive. I use Clinique's because it has natural conditioners and healthy proteins that help build lashes. It also preps your lashes by separating them and enhancing your mascara.

4.) Apply one coat of a healthy mascara. I suggest Neutrogena Healthy Volume. It's about 8 dollars and you can find it at Wal-Mart, Target, etc.

    5.) Re-curl and re-apply if necessary.
